This is your new favorite perfume. It is lush and mysterious smelling. Floral and powdery, long-wearing without being overpowering. It’s a great signature scent for someone who wants something feminine without being too sweet. I love the simple packaging and that I’m most likely going to be the only one in any room I’m in wearing it.

This is my current go to! The perfume counter girl helped me narrow it down by closing my eyes to smell which byredo perfume i liked better . I’ve been using this since spring and i think I’ll continue to use it throughout summer. I think it can be used year round it’s not too heavy. I use it both day and night i wont describe the notes the details are all online. I’m typically a woodsy fresh scent kind of gal so this was a big change to try something floral. It’s not too sweet either.

This scent is an earthy, slightly powdery, realistic rose. As a scent it’s enjoyable and subtle, a great contender in the rose perfume category. My problem with this fragrance is the performance is incredibly poor. For the byredo price point, I’d expect scents to last hours, this one only goes for maybe 2 and that’s assuming I applied all my lotions / used the proper techniques to get a perfume to last

My first byredo and I am in love just everything about it is amazing from the simplicity of the bottle to the gorgeous packaging love it all. This is a beautiful rose fragrance with soft spicy and woody touch to it. In the opening when I first spray it on to my skin it literally smells like nail polish remover for a few seconds. Once this has passed the gorgeous rose and pink pepper come together so perfectly blended and it is very airy. I can smell a little bit of raspberry but only when I put my nose really close to it. The dry down is mainly the rose and amber note. It is a fragrance I would probably reach more for in the warmer month it is great for day or night. This lasts ages on my skin I can smell it at least for 7-8 hours and on clothes up to 10 hours.

Beautiful and lasts all day!

Finally got my hands on this perfume and it’s lived up to the hype! Has lasted all day and is the most beautiful floral scent. I tested this in store months ago and have not been able to find something I love as much as this! It’s similar to Tom Ford Rose de Chine but not so in-your-face. Lots of fragrances are rosy but there’s just something different about this that is feminine and fresh but not overpowering, it’s the perfect everyday scent or for special occasions! Plus the bottle looks gorgeous which is an added bonus!

Forever being stopped by strangers

I’m NO gatekeeper, in fact, I’ve told complete strangers the name of scents that others have refused to share (I’ve got a great nose). I first came across Super Cedar almost 6 years ago, I was walking along Toorak Rd on a beautiful summer’s day, I’d just gotten a long facial and I saw the magnificent white box atop of large Jenga pieces. I walked 2km when finally, I mentally succumb to the packaging and Jenga stack. By the time I sampled the scent, I was hooked. 5 bottles later I can tell you this is a lifelong relationship. The nuance of the woodiness and the significance of cedar for me culturally, etched a deep love affair.

Interesting scent

I bought this scent blind by reading reviews. I love rose scents and it’s quite difficult finding a rose scent that works well. When I tried this on after purchase I hated it. I literally put it back in the box and set it aside to give to my sister. A few weeks later by chance when clearing up I tried it on again as I couldn’t quite remember the scent and this time I loved it. I’m not sure what is was the first time round but the scent has quite a bit if depth and needs some time to settle. To be it’s quite a classic soft scent very slightly on the powdery side. Now my favourite Byredo scent and I have a few.

Opened perfume received

Before I order big size of perfume I bought three little bottles of collection to try on and I liked this perfume and placed the order the big size. I was very excited to get it but I received the opened and used perfume box. Byredo box has two side stickers and that two side stickers were already teared and I was wondering if this was new or not. I could know it was not new as soon as I sprayed the perfume. When you first spray the new perfume you have to pump at least two or three times to get perfume but the one I received one just came out from the first spray. I was very disappointed and angry! I will return this!!

Original scent

It is a great long lasting perfume that Ive had for months now and it seems like it will never finish. You don't need much to smell good for a whole day. Something great to have in your collection if you like fresh and floral scents. It is a bit pricey but worth it. Personally I am obsessed with rose as a flower and there is not much products on the market that offers rose perfumes. There is a limited choice if you looking to smell like rose that is not artificial.

Super Cedar Eau de Parfum

This fragrance has surprised me, based on the name I expected something sharp and more masculine. It is a unisex scent which is normally not my preference.But this one has a soft, warm, almost powdery side. Overall I like woody fragrances and this one fits into the category. I would still not choose it for myself because it has also a masculine side but overall very nice fragrance, truly unisex.
