This trolley is simply the best! Well made and engineered from quality products. Its easy to assemble and disassemble and fits comfortably inside my kayak. When I first put it together I was very happy with my purchase as I could see it would go the distance over all terrain.

Have only used it once as yet. It did however make transportation of my kayak very easy. Could do with a carry bag that floats and be closed up to keep all the bits together in event of a capsize if you have to stow it externally to your kayak/ canoe. Although made from plastic it appears quite solid. Unable to make any recommendations as yet as I will want to make a lot more use of it before I could do. Quite an expensive item but appears to be a bit more convenient than some other cheats models available.

The great things about a C-Tug are: 1) it is easy to put your boat on because it has a stand, 2) it dismantles easily to store in a kayak hatch, 3) adjustable hull pads accommodate a variety of hull shapes, 4) the build quality is superb, it is extremely strong (something like 120kg max load), There are also spares readily available on Ebay. With an additional bar, two tugs can be coupled together for really heavy loads or soft ground. Upgrade to sand wheels is possible as well for really soft sand. I have found this trolley to be absolutely superb, solid and easy to use. I got one a couple of years ago and it still looks and works like brand new. This one was purchased for my son to use for transporting his boat.

Bought this to move my BIC Sportyak dinghy around....it fits well and does the job. I am in and out of seawater so hoping that the plastic construction does away with all the usual problems with metal trailers and salt water.
Wheels work more efficiently over soft sand, pivoting hull pads with rubberised inserts guarantee a secure fit on the trolly. Very robust as with all railblaza products
Very easy to assemble and take apart to stow in your kayak hatch. I've tried and seen loads of trolleys in 46 years of Canoeing. This is the best. No tyres to deflate. The sand wheels will go across sand and shingle easily. The straps are good quality. I push mine as opposed to pulling it. I wish they did different colours though. Apart from that it's great. I've carried big Canadian Canoes and sea kayaks on mine, no problems.
Only recently bought but by far the best kayak trolley I have had in my 26 years of paddling. Worth the investment. I really recommend this as the usual air tyres just do not last and the flimsy frames break eventually as lets face it, rarely there is a red carpet down to the sea/river/lake you are going to paddle.
I consider the best kayak trolley on the market , Bought this one to replace one i had had for 8 years , that was only damaged as i drove into it with the car by mistake ,
Super construction, rot proof compared to previous aluminium frame, also much more sturdy. However whilst the plastic and rubber sandtex wheels are easier on sand they are much noisier on tarmac or hard finished surfaces. Also my model has the newer metal fastening strap but still not as secure as two bungees on my old model. Planning to still add. I do move a number of different shaped kayaks from my garage 50 metres on tarmac and ,dependant on tide, further on beach, sand and shingle. Do love the C tug in preference to old model but not quite perfection in my situation. Value for money? You get what you pay for.
My wife is extremely fat. I actually bought two of these and now I can strap her in and pull her down the local newsagents or around the park. it really has given us our freedom back
