I?m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado, Twirls have been around for many years, I cannot remember the last time I bought one. I am not a great fan on milk chocolate and often find it too sweet and sickly. However, these little bite sized pieces are great for a sweet kick and a little bit of what you fancy does you good. Not sure that I will buy them in the future but that is down to personal choice and not a reflection on the product. Would recommend.

Nothing new there but the size of the pieces and resealable bag gives the opportunity to share them and maybe pace yourself in the consumption more easily if you so wish. I will use what I have left as little chocolate rocks to decorate a cake. Probably not for my household but very useful for portion control.

if you've successfully stayed away from buying a bar of Twirl but crave a bite then this may be a compromise you have been looking for. However I can't recall Twirl bars being so sweet or have the recipe changed? Unfortunately having just watched the David Attenborough film A Life on this planet and seen the devastation wrought on Borneo's rainforest and the Orangutans for palm oil production means I can't recommend this until Cadbury's/Mondelez change their stance especially when the latters slogan is 'Snacking Made Right' and this is a wrong 'un #gifted
I?m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. As far as being little chunks of twirl like chocolate, they are fine. The bag ripped open in almost exactly not the way indicated on the packaging. The chunks were pretty malformed and nowhere near as neat and pretty as the packaging suggested. I'd rather have a full twirl or chunks of chocolate. Not bad, but nothing to excite you.
Sent free in return for a review. These are chocolate, not loads more to say. Small in size, perfect for popping on the top of fairy cakes....unfortunately (although not surprisingly!) our twirl bites didn?t last until the cakes were out of the oven! These are perfect small chocolates for little ones for a treat. I wish they didn?t contain palm oil or e-numbers....and I really wish they were fairtrade but sadly Cadbury?s don?t seem to go in for that since they sold up. I would love if Cadbury?s were bought by the Tony?s ethical chocolate company and became more ethical!
I was expecting bite sized pieces of the twirl bars. What I found was little bits that looked like they had fallen out of the machine while making Twirls.The bits were even stuck together in clumps.Fair enough, Cadbury chocolate is Cadbury chocolate but I think someone is having a laugh by putting them in a bag and calling them Twirls.
I've given these five stars because they are chocolate and you can never complain about that. However, anyone who is hoping that they will look like the picture on the packet will be sorely disappointed. Mine (which were a substitution for what I originally ordered) were all stuck together in large shapeless lumps. I suppose they might just have been stored in a too warm place, but they didn't look like they were even vaguely related to Twirl chocolate.As I said above, five stars for them being chocolate, but about one star for attractiveness and ease of eating.
I bought these cadburys twirl bites as I thought they would be nice for decorating iced buns. What a let down when I opened the bag. They look nothing like the picture of the chocolates on the package but more like waste products of chocolate. There was no sign of the twirl bit in the centre and they are not fit for what I wanted them for.
I was sent these to review. Chocolate is my go to sweet treat so over indulging is too easy. With these twirl bites, seven pieces makes a portion. More satisfying than a funsize. Yes they are irregular in size and quite a few crumbs in the bag but this doesnt affect the taste. and you get the flaky twirl inside and a smooth chocolate outside with each piece.
