It iss the industry standard colour chart that has been in production since 1976. How does one even rate something like this?My only complaint is that there seems to be no official manual that, amongst the best techniques for use, includes a clear table of the LAB, CMYK and sRGB values of each patch. The software it comes with is also a bit clunky and feels like it belongs on Windows XP.

Good size. Does what it says on the tin. You can yield an accurate Rec 709 colour space from it. Would be nice to have a cover or fold over flap to protect it. It's not built with the average content creator or filmmaker in mind as it's not solidly built. It's incredibly hard not to get your hands on the colours while using. Perhaps a 1 inch border around the squares would prevent people from touch it with their bare hands as they do recommend that the they are not touched during use.

Doesn't get a lot of use once profiles have been made under different lighting
Color-wise, it seems great. However, the plastic backing curls and the card won't lay flat. Doing a ton of film tests, it's imperative there is no glare, so I have to tape it flat. I would expect more for the price, but again, color is good and they're basically the only game in town, so what can you do?
This item is not going to be durable. It's very flimsy and comes with no protective cover unless you want to keep it in the also flimsy thick paper envelope sort of a thing it comes packaged in. These color targets will last a lot longer if they are protected from light, etc when not in use. This would not last long if you do any amount of location photography. If your only use is in studio then perhaps it would be ok but at this price point there or a little more, there are better options from other manufs. I do not recommend until Calibrite makes a better mousetrap. I'd recommed BH #DASC
I started using these with shooting film when they were labeled as Macbeth ColorCheckers. I try to update the cards every 5 years or so. Great tool for creating custom color profiles with Passport software, and also for WB adjustments of raw files in Lightroom by clicking on the light gray patch below the green patch.
Good size, and works great. I was a bit disappointed in the quality, very flimsy for the price.
For what it costs, please include a protective case or make it of a more rigid material. A week into owning this product, it became bent. I maybe had a grocery bag on top of it in my car, nothing heavy. I think I can get it to bend back, but it was in the cardboard that it came with. I feel that I can't blame myself too much. They even recommend replacing it ever so often because the colors are bound to get dirty or smudged.Ok we believe you it's so expensive to have accurate color. But every time I purchase a lens, camera, etc. There is a cheap little bag to store it in. I believe x-rite can do the same for what they charge.
It's now the only game in town for this size (and not $7k), so a review is somewhat moot. But fwiw...our workflow has been having color issues since switching to this card. Color temp shifts ~250 degrees and tint shifts 1-1.5 points between chips 21-22. There are smaller but still-significant swings -within- each gray swatch. My (very) old GretagMacbeth checker was performing better, despite being past-date and seeing heavy use. Might revert back.
