I normally buy the NOW Foods Bromelain but decided to give CGN Bromelain a go and instantly regretted it when I opened the bottle. CGN (iHerb brand) is often pretty good from my experience but this product was not up to par; upon opening it, there was a foul stench/odour that I honestly could not handle. I took this product at the recommendation of a friend, as part of a protocol post-covid, as I was experiencing a lot of long covid effects. After 2 months of taking this bromelain along with nattokinase and turmeric, I felt a significant improvement in my brain fog, coordination and balance, concentration, energy, and overall immune strength. The dosage of one tablet a day was enough.It is also very good for post-surgery healing, I was given this product separately by a surgeon following a procedure to help with healing and recovery.
