Kinds really need this supplement . As great source of omega 3 . Quality is very high . I have been using it for my kids frequently . I like mostly about the product it has no bad taste no fishy smell. And easy to swallow.Big size bottles and great packaging. Definitely worth buying it again and again

It's not the first time I've taken it. Excellent ratio of EPA 400mg and DHA 299 mg. It is recommended to take 1 ton per day. I first drank two: in the morning and in the evening. The condition of the hair and skin has improved. They say that it has a good effect on the cardiovascular system. Probably, yes. But I have no tests. I didn't take it before and after use, so I can't say for sure. What I noticed was that my head began to react less to changes in the weather. There used to be drowsiness, sometimes headaches. Everything is fine now. Capsules are quite large, there is no smell. And after using them, you don't feel sick. I like this Omega!!!
