Very nice way to help the gut transit benefits, more effective than probiotics for me. Nice taste and is easy to use, not too sweet, and dissolves fast. I like the idea to use it anywhere without the need for refrigeration and bottle. The cost of fresh kombucha is quite high and this powder is convenient for so many reasons. Great idea California had to offer it.

I use this powder for health reasons, so it does what I need it to do. I love the taste of kombucha and this doesn’t have the same flavor or zing, but it’s still decent tasting. If you like more mellow kombucha, this will be great for you.
