This product is decent but I definitely find it super sticky when chewing, it gets stuck on my teeth and therefore must be pretty bad for them. My daughter loves these but she also loves all sweets. I unfortunately did not see the age range on these 4+ year old label when buying these so I had to wait a couple of years before my daughter was able to have this. The size is great and package good. They taste yum enough, def taste like a vitamin though.
