Players can expect to see a more neutral ball flight, more workability and lower spin compared to the Rogue ST Max model. This model will be a great option for many mid to low handicap players. Tungsten Speed Cartridge with Anodised Aluminium Back Cap Increases speed on off-centre hits. It also adds stability at impact and enhances MOI. Jailbreak AI Speed Frame New AI driven design provides stability and adds even more ball speed. Speed Tuned AI Face New AI optimisation formula now includes speed, launch and spin. New Unibody Construction with Triaxle Carbon Crown and Sole Promotes increased stability, saves weight and adds forgiveness.

67 years old, 3 hdcp, average drive 250 carry. Had been playing an older Rogue with a stiff Aldila shaft. In fact, had played stiff shafts for decades. Swing speed was average around 105-106. Exercised and stretched all winter and early spring. Increased swing speed to 109-110. Picked up last years Rogue LS and went up to X-stiff shaft (Tensei White AV). Picked up about 15 yards, but more importantly, accuracy has improved. Poor hits miss the fairway, but stay in play a few yards off the short grass. Its my favorite club in the bag!

Excellent driver, well suited for my game. I did an online Callaway fitting based on my handicap, ball flight and swing characteristics. The results recommended several head/shaft configurations that I then found on Callaway golf preowned. For me it was an upgrade from a TaylorMade driver. Totally satisfied. Gained distance and accuracy.

Went in for a fitting and tried out a lot of the new drivers. Ping was known for being the most forgiving but less distance, but this driver might be the new forgiveness champ. If you are purely looking for distance, it will lose out to the Stealth driver but not by a lot of yards. I averaged a little higher carry distance with the Stealth on the good hits, but the Stealth was less forgiving on miss-hits and a lot less distance on them. For me, losing around 10 yards distance is worth it for more forgiveness and greater distance on miss-hits. The feel was great but everyone will have their different opinions on that. I highly recommend getting fitted for a Driver, and when you do, strongly look at this one. The last thing I will say it the noise does not sound very high pitch, which for me is a plus.

Bought this driver in only average condition with longer than standard shaft. Driver was better than average. I cut down the shaft to standard length and put on jumbo grip. This driver is outstanding. Great looks and sound at impact with great feel. All you need to do is be square at impact and the ball goes straight and far no matter where you hit it on the face. Very little loss of distance on mishits. I haven't had a driver in my bag for about 20 years. This club is a godsend. I tell my playing buddies that "I love this driver " at least a few times a round. One of buddies even went out and bought ont too.
As a mid-handicapper, working on improving, I was skeptical if I'd benefit from this driver. I've seen evidence (swing caddy numbers) that suggested that I'd likely benefit from a lower ball flight and less spin so I purchased this, albeit with hesitation, to replace my 10.5 Rogue (original model) which was being dialed down by a degree. I am absolutely blown away by what I've seen on the course. Beautiful ball flight and noticeably longer than previous. I'm sure it could be argued that the original model in a lower loft would have had similar results, but I've certainly been reassured in my decision to make this purchase in spite of my skepticism and I'm not looking back!
I went to my local golf town looking for a new driver to replace my SIM max d type.Developed a more neutral swing and the SIMs hook/ over draw just wasn't cutting it anymore.I tried all the new drivers and felt kinda meh about them, Kevin at golf town said would you be willing to try the Callaway and I reluctantly said yes( I've never been a fan of anything Callaway) first swing 278 carry with 306 total.I avg 260 carry with my SIM, after a few more swings I was avg 269 carry and 292 total. I hate to say it but I could not argue the results, it was accurate and long. Callaway has done a bang up job with this driver, looks good and feels amazing, nice sound coming off the face.Always be open to all drivers and look at the data at the end.Nice job Callaway, ... MoreI went to my local golf town looking for a new driver to replace my SIM max d type.Developed a more neutral swing and the SIMs hook/ over draw just wasn't cutting it anymore.I tried all the new drivers and felt kinda meh about them, Kevin at golf town said would you be willing to try the Callaway and I reluctantly said yes( I've never been a fan of anything Callaway) first swing 278 carry with 306 total.I avg 260 carry with my SIM, after a few more swings I was avg 269 carry and 292 total. Been a long fan of Titleist 910,913 and 915, I tried Mavrik SZ and this just changed my life forever. After two years, I tried Epic Speed/Max LS and those failed to impress me. Than I got this Like New for very good deal and the Brand New with seal on it came. I really love this driver. tried Triple Diamond and loved it, yet the size is not that noticablly different and the shape and stance of Rogue ST Max LS was just perfect. I am keeping it, because I did not love the Paradym's glowing top versus the matte finish. Loving the sound and feel. This driver is also extremely forgiving. Slicing or hook, this not punish that much.
This is an excellent driver. I have tried many drivers from the major suppliers all set up with no specifications. I have found this is forgiving. long and has a pleasant sound. Not too loud that is damages my ears. I will state that I did ask Callaway Pre-Owned to put a new grip with 2 papers underneath to thicken the diameter. However when the driver was received the new Callaway grip was installed however there were no papers under the grip. This driver is suited to better than average ball strikers who can already hit a straight drive. If you are a beginner or slicer there are better designs.
Long story short, I was gaming the MaxD with regular shaft after being "fitted" into that by a local golf shop that's part of a national chain/group. Drives were decent but no rollout and shorter than swing speed should warrant. After confirming spin rate was too high, I purchased the LS with a stiff shaft. After 3 rounds with the LS the drives are on average 30 yds longer with similar dispersion of the Max D. Know your numbers or fitting to get right driver, but I love the LS. I had no complaints about the Max D other than it just didn't fit my swing. I also cannot rave enough about Callaway Pre-Owned. I bought the LS through them and also helped two other people buy new sets through the site, saving hundreds of dollars.
High handicap, upgraded my driver after 10 years. Just thought my swing needed fixing before getting new clubs. Went for a fitting and was fitted to a rogue st max ls stiff. Previously was on reg shaft. Still have my issues with off centre hits but slices are down and total distance is up. Much tighter dispersion on drives. Did not expect the driver to help this much. Thoroughly impressed.
