Taste:bitter dark chocQuality:goodI’ve already tried baking with this cocoa powder, it’s dark chocolate, unsweetened and slightly bitter. Perfect for the dark choc lovers but for those who prefer sweeter desserts, might want to slightly increase the sugar in their recipes.
