Blood tests came back with good vit D results. The sun has rarely seen me, during the last 7 months. My bones are good. Been taking caltrate for decades. Easy to swallow smooth tablet. Not chalky. No after taste.

I’ve been using this product for years to make sure that I’m getting the required amount of calcium and vitamin D in case my diet is not providing enough. I think my diet is ok but you can’t be sure until you get a blood test. Sometimes we just need that extra help, just in case.

Chemist Warehouse is cheaper to buy lots of things. I always try to buy what l need when they have a great special on. My caltrate tablets were half price a terrific saving
Taking these every day is really helping to maintain mg bone density. I have regular scans to assess this. Easy to take.
Since taking these Caltrate tablets daily for more than 2 years my bone density tests show that it’s been worthwhile. I’ll continue taking them to preserve my bones as I’m now 75 & I don’t want thinning bones in case I have a fall or another knee replacement op.

I bought this for my hubby who is having trouble with his bones and muscles. He has been taking them daily for only a few weeks, so there are no major changes yet. I have been taking plain Caltrate for a few years and my bone health has improved so I can only recommend this product as doing what it states on the box.
Calcium is vital for bones strength. Aging means I was losing bone density and despite calcium included in my diet, I thought adding a calcium supplement would also be helpful. Added bonus,,,,extra minerals in this product. It is affordable too.
Recommended by GP after bone scan. Handy to have calcium and Vitamin C in one tablet. Have been taking them for years now and no problems.
