I don't have any idea what CamelBak was thinking when they designed this. It works but the hose connector is insanely difficult to unattach and you can't store water in the bag without leaving the hose attached in the refrigerator. No hanging hole or mouthpiece cover. It does have a off on flow switch which is nice. I usually like CamelBak hydration systems and packs except for the prices but this should be a $25.00 product at most instead of $5.00 cheaper than a military spec hydration bag. None of this has anything to do with this website just CamelBak.
This item is the best new thing i love about my camelbak, it is more durable than my last hydration system, the normal camelbak one, and it is very hardcore in toughness and materials, military spec it is, love it!
The picture itself shows a tan bladder , so as such I expected one , but instead I got a black one.
Just what I needed to get my Camelback working as it should.
I bought this 3 liter military-grade Camelbak as a replacement for the lighter 2-liter that came with my hiking day pack. I had used it with success while backpacking, but after running out of water on one long day I bought this one at the recommendation of my fellow backpackers. I have used it one one trip so far and am very pleased with it. It is very sturdy. I admit that I did like the shape of the mouthpiece for the other one a little better, but that's a minor inconvenience.
Having ordered three other bladders and none of them fitting, the bladder I ordered from y'all fit my pack perfectly. It's nice being able to use one of my personal pieces of equipment once again.
