I purchased this product about a year ago after my friend had just bought one. After she had bought hers I borrowed it for a while. In the time I borrowed it I drank more water than ever before. I have ADHD and Anxiety and the chewable/squishy valve is absolutely amazing! As someone who forgets to drink water a lot or will choose juice or soft drink over water this literally put me off all drinks but water for quite some time. The only down fall I would say is that the Bite Valve it self tares quite easily but I mean considering the amount I chew it that makes sense. This CamelBak water bottle is great to take with me to a tennis game. It comes with a removable straw for easy cleaning. The top flips easily up and down and seals very well. It is ergonomically designed for an early carry and the smoky black color is very chic.Some of the downs include being too big for my car cupholder, the tip of water bottle where you drink from is reminiscent of a toddler's sippy cup. You have to bite it and the slit opens for water to come through. I'm not a fan of chewing on plastic and presume the tip will need to be replaced in a short amount of time.

I’ve had this a few weeks now. I actually did not buy this for athletic/adventure use. For that I prefer light weight bottles. I bought this for daily use to through into my leather tote bag. I work out of the office, on the go since I do freelance/contract work. At first, it was great. However, I’ve noticed it does sweat and avoiding sweat was the whole purpose of going for stainless steel. It also does leak just a tad at the valve. Another no-no for leather.It’s not exactly keeping my water cold throughout the day either. And, yesterday I had to push the cap pieces together, but that could have been user error rather than bottle quality. I’m not passing judgement on that yet. I tried doing a custom Camelbak for the first time, using one of my own fountain-pen-ink + colored pencil drawings, and was very pleased at the quality. Also that they had the option to do both sides. It came quickly, too!Wish that they could do custom design with background colors other than white—though I appreciate the technical challenge.I’m also really happy that they had a large-capacity cup with a screw-on top and straight sides, which can handle a straw. My old Camelbak was top-heavy and the lid didn’t screw on, so I have a few permanent berry-juice stains on my rug where entire smoothies tipped over. Not happening with this one!
This is a good standard water bottle that keeps drinks cold for long periods of time. It has the bite style straw in order to get liquids out. The straw itself removes from the inside for easy cleaning but the rest of the mouth piece is slightly trickier to clean. My kids tested it out and like the handle hold part and that the outside is a good surface to put water bottle stickers on. The one complaint from them and myself is that the mouthpiece doesn't fold down flat. It sticks up and leaves the mouthpiece partially exposed which has collected some dirt from being carried around. Overall, it's a good basic straw style water bottle.
Great size bottle that actually fits inside the mountain buggy bottle carrier (hurrah!) but still contains sufficient volume to keep this thirsty mama sated! The vac insulation is awesome and truly keeps the water soooooo cold! For hours and hours in the hot sun. I’m still getting used to the bite valve which does make it seemingly leakproof but I take up quite a bit of air as I drink, so it’s not as nice as a standard straw, but worth the hassle for the other benefits. I chose purple and it’s a nice vibrant colour. Hopefully it won’t scratch too easily! Item was delivered super fast by the Sleep Store and in perfect condition.
I had previously owned a similar water bottle with a bite value so I thought I would give this new one a try. I love that it is leak proof, my 10 year old gave it a test swinging it all around. As long as the mouth piece is completely pushed back down it doesn't leak. I found using it for cold water in the house it didn't sweat as much as I thought it would. As soon as I added ice or took it outside (East coast, summer) it developed a lot of sweat on the outside and the ice melted quickly.I wouldn't plan to use this outside in the middle of the summer. Better for staying hydrated while on the treadmill inside or at the gym.

I filled it about 1/3 with ice, the rest with water. Closed the lid, stuck it upside down in my car which sits in the non-shaded driveway around 10:30am (temps were already over 110°!), and actually completely forgot about it until the next morning. When I went to get it, the ice had melted but the water was still cold! There was no leaking from being upside down, either. The bottle was really easy to clean, with less parts to disassemble. I love that it can be put in the dishwasher. This is also a great size for the kiddos to bring to school.
