I’ve been using the CamelBak Eddy bottle for a while. The bite valve makes drinking super easy, and it’s completely spill-proof, even when tipped over. It’s perfect for staying hydrated during workouts or on the go. The bottle is lightweight but durable—I’ve dropped it a few times, and it’s held up perfectly. I also like how it fits easily into my bag or car cup holder. However, cleaning the straw and bite valve can be a bit tricky, but using a small brush helps a lot.

The silicone tube that connects the bite valve to the straw is extremely difficult to remove and put back. If you don’t, it very easily will develop mold. After cleaning the tube and putting it back in place, it got damaged and now you suck in 90% air with every sip. It is inly 4 months old and it’s such a waste of money. This is our 3rd Camelbak and I honestly don’t understand why we keep buying this brand. Every single one was piorly designed.

As an outdoor professional I’m a big fan of camelbak kit . It’s a cut above most of the rest of the hydration products out there. I like this bottle as has a good wide straw and a large bottle opening for cleaning and filling. The flip up mouth piece however seems to not stay down as much as I would like it. It has a tendency to flip itself back up when not in use. Not a huge problem when it has a bite valve that stops fluid escaping but I wouldn’t trust keeping it inside my pack incase it flipped open and was squeezed in my pack and leaked. Apart from that , I like the bottle.

I'm really happy with my Camelbak Eddy+ 25oz Bottle with Tritan Renew.1. I love the bite valve. It's why I bought it in the first place.2. The bottle is crystal clear so it just "feels" clean to me.3. It holds the perfect amount of water.4. The price was affordable. Now that I know how much I like it, I can buy several to have on hand in different colors.5. The bite valve, straw, and bottle itself give off no odors or tastes. Water tastes like water.
Wife bought it for me 2 months ago as i was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and with a handle it is easier to take with me on my walks. But I found out that when doing a complete cleaning of it the silicone piece in the top that connects to the mouth piece and straw is difficult to remove and reinstall. Eventually I was able to figure out how to do it safely and not damage the part. But after 3 times of removing the part for cleaning it eventually developed a pin hole, and now I cannot use the container as I am getting more air than liquid. Complete waste of money even though I loved having a handle to carry my water when walking.
These Camelbak water bottles are my absolute favorite. My kids (first grade and preschool) each have two of the kids’ size, and I had one that my husband kept using at the gym. So clearly I needed another! I’m notorious for attempting to carry way too many things. The handle makes fitting this water bottle into already full hands much more manageable. The entire bottle being dishwasher safe feels like a life saver—or at least a stress saver. And I absolutely need something spill proof because 1) children, and 2) attempting to drink from anything else mid-treadmill run at the gym is ill advised. For absolute certain the next time someone in my family needs a water bottle we’ll be purchasing a Camelbak!
This bottle is easy to drink from. Leakage is minimal to none. Being clear shows how much liquid is contained. But the bite valve keeps falling off and the last time it did this was at the theater and I didn't notice until I arrived home. A bite valve seems to cost about $6 to replace making this an expensive investment over time. Camelbak should either come up with a more secure design or provide extra bite valves with the initial purchase.
I would like to complain about the design of your bottles. I love most about the bottle which is why I have bought about 6 of them for myself and friends. What I dislike is that the Bite Valve eventually falls off at some point, perhaps with some minimal impact or brushing against something. I have lost count of how many of these valves I have lost and had to replace over the years.CamelBak makes it very expensive to replace these valves, almost costing as much as replacing the whole bottle which defeats the whole purpose and is not environmentally friendly. I now have at least two or three bottles without the valve. I am about to give up on this brand. There has to be a better way to fasten these valves to the bottle.
I was excited to try out this Camelback water bottle, as I have been impressed with Camelback products before. This one is... okay. The good - the plastic is solid, and all parts of the water bottle are well made. The material of the bottle, straw, and lid are all excellent, nothing cheap there. The "eh" - I have learned from this water bottle that I don't care for this form factor, with the soft plastic sipper with a straw. I found myself repeatedly tipping the bottle up to drink, which leaves the water where the straw can't reach it. This is totally my issue - but it is a form factor concern with the bottle, so be aware of how you like your bottles to operate (this seems kind of obvious, but it took me way too long to catch on to).The less good - The sipper part ... MoreI was excited to try out this Camelback water bottle, as I have been impressed with Camelback products before. This worked great initially, but after less than a week (I should note it was left in my car for a couple days in August heat) the sipper no longer tucks all the way in. It kind of sits there half tucked away, half exposed. This leads to the drinking part being exposed all the time, which isn't too great.
