Pre seasoned? Not so I cold tell! Everything sticks to it."Comfort Handle" I have to use a hot pad to hold it. Not sure what is meant by the name.
The widest diameter at the very rim is about 7.5 inches, and the cooking surface itself is not even 6 inches. This is a very small pan. It is too small for most things. It's barely possible to fry two eggs in it at once. That being said, if there was a reason to have a very small pan, this would be a perfect one. The seasoning is decent, especially for a new pan, and it heats as cast iron should. Don't let the product name fool you! Go for at least a size or two up.

Since there is no standard for measuring the size of cast iron skillets, I was disappointed that this is really a 6 inch skillet when measured across the bottom. I am returing this item.
