Arrived this afternoon, well packaged. Unfortunately 1 of the mugs is badly gouged, pan handle bent over, 2 plates with gouges/chipped as is the bottom rim of kettle. I rang Snowys immediately as I unpacked the box. They asked me to email photos of the damage and we will take it from there. As a camper I don't mind small chips, but this is a bit more. Fingers crossed for an easy settlement to this.

Happy to report Snowys replaced the damaged set, and there is not a scratch, chip, dent, bend on any of the pieces!

Enamel chipped before I used them. Coating is uneven, some missed spots, some blobby. Some bubbly and popped, so it creates a rough spot. I would recommend Snowys to stop selling this item!

The set is great but one of the cups was chipped when we received it, exactly where someone would drink from it. The remainder of the set is perfect and exactly what we wanted!
Iv brought 2 of these sets now and I love the dinner plates they are great for stews cups are a good size as well
Set arrived with chips, and gaps in the enamel, and chipped easily with use. Snowys really helpful, but the replacement set was the same.
It is exactly what it says on the side. It's blue with white speckles, and enamel. Minor manufacturing variances and defects, but they add to the character and will soon join the dings and chips you'll eventually add.
The enamelling of this set is low quality and it chips very easily. One cup and one bowl were badly chipped on arrival. I dropped one cup from a low height onto a cement floor and the coating of a large portion of the rim chipped away. I got two days use out of this set and it is now going in the bin.
Thought we would clean them in our dishwasher (along with other items) before use. One of the mugs came out chipped...from the dishwasher!!Disappointed.G
Yes my set came with one of the mugs badly chipped also. Its a shame they are a good set otherwise.
