Bought this on special for $43 and I'm glad I didn't pay the normal $50 price because this is a terrible drop. I don't know how to describe the taste but it's terrible. I drink my whisky neat. Ask for a taste test before purchasing. For the $43AUD that I spent, it could have been spent on a Jameson or a Glen Grant. The only good I can say about this is it's going to take me about 3 or 4 weeks maybe more, to finish this 700ml bottle when I can normally finish a bottle over a weekend or a week.

I normally drink the 12yo CC. Thought I would give this a go on price. Happy I did. Only qualifying comment is that I am about to attack a 12yo bottle that I also bought just in case. Hoping that it does not sully my feelings. First love and all!
