I was keen to use an Australian owned company to purchase towels. I did some research and decided on Canningvale. I washed my green towels prior to use. On having these towels in my bathroom and using them on one occassion my bathroom was covered in a very fine layer of green fluff that took forever to clean up. We have washed and dried these towels 3 times now with a huge amount of fluff coming off each time. I think we are ready to try and use again but are a bit wary still. I am disappointed and will probably go back to my usual point of purchase of towels which unfortunately is not Australian owned company.

The customer service was just out of this world. An Australian company that really does go out of their way for customers and only wants you to be happy with product.Mind you, it helps when the product is of outstanding quality and genuinely brings that extra comfort in your life. Worth every penny.And everything they say about their products and company are also true. Heartening in a consumer world of spin and exageration. What they say you will get, you will get.First time review in my humble retail life.It gives you pride they are local as well.

This is the second pair of Egyptian Royale bath sheets I've purchased. The original ones are about 8 years old and by any standards are still in excellent condition, but after constant use have lost their fluffiness. These new one are WONDERFUL. I wanted thick, luxurious, soft, fluffy towels and that's exactly what I got! They are very absorbent and just a pleasure to use. I'm so thrilled with them I've shown my friends, and they all groan with pleasure at how soft and fluffy they are - I'm not kidding! If you want the best available bath sheet then buy these!

We have always used towels made in India because they are the best affordable, and best everyday luxury out there. It is our first time purchasing a canningvale product. The towels just arrived and they look promising. Only disappointment is the colour. We bought Stone Grey.We did get what we ordered for. But we were really wishing to order another colour as a set. We would be happy to pay the regular price for 8 pieces set if that would get us towels of our preferred colour.

I was so excited to have these towels, I purchased two sets. Unfortunately despite countless times of washing, they malt absolutely everywhere. I vacuum every single day, IT IS EVERYWHERE! The washing and drying machine have caused the laundry walls to go black with fluff, I clean the filter each wash, the floor is covered in this stuff. Biggest waste of $220. So so disappointed

Purchased the Royal Splendour range of towels. Had these towels many years ago and decided to get them again. They are an absorbent and soft towel. Pleased with my online purchase which was easy and delivery was quick. Only disappointment is I purchased these towels because when I last had them they were a product made in Australia but now they're manufactured in India. I'd like to support Australian made. The quality so far looks good and Canningvale offer a 5 year warranty/ guarantee. Hopefully they will last the distance. Not like my purchase from Sheridan which were also Indian made!

I bought a big purchase of Mezzanotte blue towels back in March. My bathroom is still being coated with a thick layer of blue fluff, it’s gross. I’ve been hoping it will settle after a few washes but it’s not. I am also noticing loose threads even though there’s no reason for threads to pull. I wash them on their own in a front loader, cold wash with gentle detergent and line dry.It’s a shame because I’ve always liked the quality of your products but not these, I wish I researched them first. Looking through the reviews now I can see the quality is a long standing problem, why hasn’t this been fixed?

I have used these towels for many years. I love the quality and they always had the deep purple colour I wanted. (Now appears to have disappeared though)Would be way more sensible to include 2 hand towels as 1 is just not enough. We’ve never used face washers so they go straight to the op shop. Would be way better to have the option of another hand towel instead of the face washers.
