This bike is an amazing ride and a dream commuter/city bike. The belt drive train is fantastic - no messy chains and a much smoother ride than a chain. Cannondale have excelled with this one - just not easy to find them so they need to produce more!!

Great looking bike, very unique design and some very high-end components, e.g. Alfine 8, wheels, etc.I write this review after several months of use of the 2019 version, which is 99% identical to the 2020 version. Unfortunately after several months the bike has become noisy and creaky, even after a tune up. The built-in lights are more of a gimmick and not functional at night, and the grips are very uncomfortable after long rides. Also, the matte black paint also scratches very easily. For $2k, not worth it. You're better off getting the Co-Op 1.2. Almost identical components and at the right price point; and while, it doesn't look as cool, I imagine it will last you a lifetime and functional much better.

At 5'9...im perfect for the medium....any taller and move up to the larger size. The ride is similar to BMX style to me, less MNT Bike like. Quiet ride with the belt drive. Bad Boy 1 is very light weight & has a solid built fill. I’m riding mine on smooth city streets & mostly back county roads. In the city its very smooth & comfortable riding & fill’s very confident on tight turns. Out on the not so smooth country roads the wider tires help absorb up the rougher roads. I swopped out the pedals for Shimano, Deore XT PD-M8000 XC clipless pedals & paired them with Pearl Izumi, X-Alp Seek VII shoes, witch makes pedaling much more efficient. For day & night safety I have a Nite Rider Sentinel 150 on seat post & NiteRider Lumina OLED 1100 on the handle bar. My computer choice was Cateye Padon wireless. The L.E.D light strip on Lefty fork is good at night for added visibility. Its not bright enough to be a head light tho. The rear flashing seat post light is bright at night, but for day time visibility I would recommend something brighter. The Shimano 8 speed shifts fast & quietly. The belt drive is also very quiet. Your going to need a 15mm wrench, same as a pedal wrench to take rear wheel off. I recommend, PARK TOOL Home Mechanic Pedal Wrench. Front wheel will need size 5 Allen. I recommend, Park Tool 3-Way Hex Wrench hex sizes are 4, 5, and 6mm. 4mm will take seat post off.
I purchased this bike about a month ago. I have been out on it several times and I love it:- I really like the alfine 8 IGH. Very smooth shifting and plenty of power for me.-The brakes stop on a dime-Great aesthetics and not too heavyI replaced the seat and the grips- not planning on changing anything else. Kudos to REI, one of the handlebar clamps for the brake levers had a crack in it from when they assembled it, after I made them aware they quickly ordered and obtained a replacement for me.
Perhaps we may fall in love or grip our hearts in eternity while the wind of the universe lets dreams whistle thoughts to a generation that is unspoken.
I absolutely love this bike. Looks and rides great great and people keep stopping me to ask what it is. First time with a carbon belt drive and love it now its now silent. Took a little bit of tinkering and set up by Sigma to get it set up correctly but was very impressed by their customer service in doing this until it all worked perfectly.
I love my new bike. The belt drive and internal drive work amazing. You can stop at a traffic light downshift while standing still and start off again with no issue. It's so unique and it works so well. The integral lights work as advertised and truly help visibility. Lastly, special shout out to the guys in the bike shop. They set the bike up perfect!!! It was such a pleasure start to finish

This bike is very capable and does do it all.And it does it all while looking sleek, clean, with its BBQ color scheme, and integrated lights. What can I say about the lights? They are sweet. But this bike isnt just good looks, it's beauty and brawn. The complete package.
