Everything came just instead of 32 GB they gave me 16GB and when I try to insert the memory card the camera kept on saying the memory card is locked when it’s not. But after blowing and repeatedly inserting and taking it out, it works.

We bought this camera because the reviews were excellent. We used it on our trip and loved it. Since we have not travelled for a while we didn’t use it but it was stored carefully and not dropped. Now I want to use it and it won’t power on. Battery is charged and I even bought a new battery because it still would not power on but still nothing.Reviews show this is a common issue.Excellent camera as you use it and make sure you get a full warranty if you buy this, you will very likely need it.
The camera works great, specially for a point and shoot. Also good for vlogging and video taking. Great autofocus.
PRO:The camera and accessories were great and work well. I especially like the tall tripod and was pleasantly surprised when I received a small hand tripod as well! As of now, the camera works great and I have not experienced any problems.CON:There was an error with the camera today while I was recording. it said, "error was detected E09". Every time I would try to click the media button it would load and then say "unidentified image" and then it would shut off on its own. It was very frustrating because the internet had no solutions to this problem. I took a long shot and decided to switch SD cards and luckily the issue was fixed! I could record and end the recording with no problem. I believe the SD sent to me might have been broken.
I bought this camera purely because I wanted decent pictures of a couple of baseball games I was going to and my DSLR isn’t allowed in. I’m amazed at how well this camera performed!
