Im 52 and have struggled to find a weight vest that wasnt too long on me, this one is great. I like that there are a lot of options for adjusting this vest. Its more comfortable than I expected and stays in place when I walk with it on.
Feels heavier than 20 lbs but works very well. Great for military and athletic training.
I bought this vest to replace an older and more expensive vest that I had been using. Upon initial inspection of this vest I found it to be very well made. It has more padding on the shoulders for increased comfort compared to my old vest. Also, I really like this vest because it rides high on the body compared to my old vest which constantly batted me in the abdomen. Lastly, I would highly recommend tis vest because the weights are made of a solid composite instead of stand so they will hold up over years. All in all I am very satisfied with this vest and would recommend it to others.
I bought this vest for my husband for his birthday and he was satisfied with everything except the weights are not identified. It's difficult to know how much weight you are adding/subtracting to the vest. However the weights are listed on the box.
