A bit expensive but great flour
A great, strong flour for Detroit pizza
Absolutely love this for poolish pizza dough.
An excellent and strong flour suitable for artisan bread or breads that require high protein for strong rise/support. It enabled excellent rise for my rye bread which was about 37% rye 63% bread flour. It is an excellent alternative to Bob's Artisan Bread Flour which was not available. The only drawback was the paper packaging. It should be sealed in plastic to prevent contamination.
Extremely good flour and excellent service from Ooni. Tad expensive, but worth it for those special bakes.
