I got sick of cleaning cast iron pans and wanted to try stainless steel and I'm loving it! As long as I put some tallow or cooking spray on the pan things don't stick very much and it's much easier cleanup. I did just buy the ceramic skillets as well and love those too!
Construction feels solid, it's thick and sturdy, feels very robust.A bit tricky to cook with, since it doesn't have nonstick coating, but that is what is expected with stainless steel :)It's a bit hard to keep looking new, after cooking in high temperatures it requires use of the included magic sponge to return to original silver colour. Overall a great piece of cookware!
I love the stainless steel pan. The ceramic pans chip or get damaged easily, but the stainless steel ones are great!

I got the stainless fry pan and have already used it a few times. It was great to clean up after use, it cooked food evenly, and it is a solid , heavy pan. It is beautiful 🤩
I had some issues getting my pan but the caraway customer service was excellent. They were fast at helping to resolve the problem and I couldn’t be happier. You guys rock! My pan works amazing and is beautiful. It has a good weight without being too heavy. I hope to have a full set in the future after i move. Thank you so much!
Loving my new pan! This cooks a lot faster than my Always Pan from Our Place. I start the pan at 4 and then dial it back when I start cooking. I've never had such a nice stainless steal pan, this is truly non stick. You just need to figure out your ovens temperature.
