So far everything is working great. I’ll have to use it for awhile and then see how it holds up and works

Wish this were more like the Bold. Do not care for the permanent mount of the mic to the half helmet. I do not always use the comm unit when I ride solo. Do not care for the mic permanently mounted to helmet.

While this is good - no doubt I feel Cardo could make this kit better. First This is only a GLUE on. harness. I prefer the option to use the piece that slide under the shell of the helmet. Also, this should be just like the "2nd helmet kit." where EVERYTHING including the speakers are in the box. Also, both myself and my wife find the mic boom to be just a little short. We both wear Bell Pit Boss helmets.

Works well, able to hold a conversation at 70mph with minimal noise disruption

I really needed speakers with this kit. Coming from Sena, my point of reference was different. I could have used more info on what this kit included and didn't include.

Functions very well once you get acclimated with them. I have not received the 2 second helmit kits yet would like to know why. My friend Vordered his a week after me and has them already. They were all sent to the same address Robert Boucher 2216 main Street Three rivers ma. 01080 .

The instructions are very bad. It took me a long time to work out how this would attach to the helmet. The sound is so low the hearing anything is hard at highway speed. Having to buy a second helmet kit and this adapter, just to get the correct parts to put on this helmet only make more money for Cardo and not value for the customer. I now have parts I don't need.

Cheep kit with no speakers

Cardo Half Helmet kit for the PackTlak Edge: i just received the Edge half helmet kit today and was looking forward to installing it on my helmet. I opened the kit and found no speakers and no adapter plate. Very cheep! Plan on buying speaker?s.

Great product

This was the perfect solution to the half helmet situation I was having. The standard mic that comes with the CARDO is too short to reach your mouth properly. This mic fits perfectly. There is a new helmet clip you attach that replaces the original one. This is really nice so that the solution has a clean, streamlined look (also for wind resistance). The mic foam piece is also larger than it?s original one because you?re more exposed. So far comms are working great and people can hear me fine even at 50-60 mph without tone of wind noise. Great product!

Using this mic on my 3/4 helmet / works great

Used this mic on my 3/4 helmet. I like it much better then the supplied mic that comes with the Packtalk system. This mic is built into the stick on baseplate. For me, it is much better then using the original Velcro attached mic which is mounted under the cheek pad.
