I had a previous gen Cardo unit which was the Slim. It was a great unit but the clip that held the unit in place broke. Needed a replacement and saw this unit. Had the clip mount option to stick to side of the helmet using tape and convenient removal of unit to charge. Typical Cardo, ease of use and clear audio. Good long lasting battery charge. Only gripe is the power on message is VERY LOUD.

Seems to work well so far. A bit disappointed that a 2way radio can’t be connected to the unit. Being an ORV model, most people use a 2 way radio in conjunction with the intercom. Rugged Radio has this ability but is not wireless. Cardo needs to up their game to be able to have the 2 way radio link to their units.

Not pleased with the product. One speaker is louder than the other and turns the volume down every time it switches songs. Currently talking to customer support on the matter. For the price point not too happy. Would like to discuss possible return.

Happy with the Cardo PackTalk Edge ORV Edition Headset - Duo PackThe quality of the sound, the volume is better than expected. The directions leave much to be desired.
The Cardo Duo pack that I received had to be warrantied out as it would not let me share music. I spoke with Cardo and sent them videos ect. and they verified that the software on those units was not right. I sent those units back to them and instead of sending me another Duo pack they sent me 2 single units and set them all up and tried to share the music and It still would not share music but the mic would work. Cardo has once again been contacted with no response. I am very familiar with Cardo as this is not my first set, but they are having issues and are not wanting to to stand behind their products. I have some friends that are having the same problems and Cardo does not want to stand up and make it right. This product is truly amazing! It enhances your riding experience whether you're riding alone or with a group. The sound quality is top-notch and the volume is just right. I really wish I had bought it earlier.
I've installed this on several helmets from nice to cheap, and it always fit's. I find the controls easier than some other brands, but could be more "tactile" and I mean, I could always use more volume, but I'm an old rocker, so my hearing is meh at best anyways.
First of all, the buttons are much better. The buttons on Pack talk bold are painful to a bare finger and thumb. Second the sound quality is better.
I purchased these for a family of 4 to ride sxs. The idea is great but having terrible difficulty getting them to all sync together so we can talk to each other. Takes multiple tries to get the 3rd and fourth to connect to the first 2. Would give 5 stars if the worked right on the first try.
