Installation was super simple. Some people do the adhesive, but I chose the clamp/clip on my AGV K6 and it works well.I was ready to give this thing a low rating because of the audio quality, but it turns out I just didn’t place the speakers well. My helmet has deep speaker wells just for this, but for some sized heads, it puts the speakers too far from your ear, resulting in a tinny poor quality audio. I then tried installing the included speaker spacer pads to position them closer to my ear, and the sound quality improved drastically! Decent quality sound, especially for the price.Downside:The EQ settings are only available with the HD version - but here’s the BS kicker: the unit is capable of it, they just choose to lock it out unless you get the upgraded ... MoreInstallation was super simple. So you’re paying for a device that you can’t use all of. I thought that was pretty dumb.Aside from that, decent connectivity, easy controls and buttons and I’ve never dropped a connection yet. Took it for several 4+ hour rides and it was never less than 50% battery after any of those rides. Build quality seems very solid.

Good first impression, the bass is not very good

1st ride would score a 7 out of 10. Had up to 60 MPH with full face helmet and audio worked well during the ride. The bass is not the best, but the treble is ok. Didn't have any trouble hearing and was on call the whole ride and no issues with microphone. While this doesn't have hey Siri support or active listening, it is just one button click to get Siri to listen to you, so not too bad. I do notice some ear discomfort after the ride, but hopefully just because I was fully testing the sound. You can run this at half volume at 60MPH with full face helmet and still hear music and caller fine. It has plenty of sound in a full face helmet. Was talking to my son on the ride and he couldn't hear my motorcycle at all, which was good.

Great entry level unit so far!

Bought this entry level model to replace the entry level Sena that came factory installed on my Sedici Strada helmet. The Sena's battery went dead within months, piece of junk! So Cardo will get a shot. So far I like the unit, it's only been a week. The locking mechanism that releases the unit from the mount seems secure. I like the raised buttons that help guide your fingers to operate the unit. Sounds quality seems good enough on the factory supplied speakers (i did not upgrade to the JBL's). Sound was clear on phone calls. I like the app which allows you to set volume levels for different things which makes it easier to hear your GPS navigation without having the music blasting in your ears when the GPS isn't talking. I haven't had a chance to test the com system ... MoreBought this entry level model to replace the entry level Sena that came factory installed on my Sedici Strada helmet.
