An absolute lifesaver, after having chronic lower back pain for nearly a week, saw this Tens machine online. Bought it because of the 3 different Modes, price and size.Same day and FREE shipping - was fast and on time.After charging the battery for about 2 hours, applied the pads to my lower back and turned on the machine — instant relief. I could stand and walk almost straight away.

The Portable Tens machine has a lot of options and is super useful for pain management. It allows for stimulation by tens or EMS and has a massage option. It will take some time to get used to but once you do there is a lot you can do with it to find what works for you.The pads that came with the Tens machine were very low quality. They were barely sticky and kept folding into themselves from day 1. By the end of the second week, they were useless so I had to place an order for some pads from another supplier - fortunately they all have the 2mm pin so they are easy to pull out and into the wires.So I did have to spend additional money (almost as much as the purchase) on replacing the pads, buying gel for the existing pads and purchasing additional wires that had ... MoreThe Portable Tens machine has a lot of options and is super useful for pain management. Was happily surprised at how much I would benefit from this device. My Chiropractor and GP thought it was a great option las well. Have taken it overseas, and it works so well. Highly recommend it.

This has already formed part of my fitness/recovery regiment. There is a high level of control and versatility once you understand the technology and how to get the most out of it. I've successfully used it for both strength, mobility and recovery. The most surprising result has been in strengthening the smaller, supportive muscles.
I got this unit to help with my weight regime and have found it to be an awesome piece of kit. Found it perfect for toning up specific hard to work muscle groups to massaging hard worked bigger muscles.Unlike other units I've owned it is a good solid unit that feels like quality from the moment you get it out of the box, it was so good I bought a second one so I can work all my abs at once with it.All in all I recommend it to anyone as it does exactly what they claim it does.Last but not least I have found their pads last for ages compared to other ones I have bought online.
I have M.E and suffer from muscle pain, it helps relieve some of the discomfort especially when I'm traveling or unable to use a heatpack. It fits nicely in a pocket. I also get severe dysmenorrhoea, while it doesn't help when it's bad it definitely helps when it's moderate and buys me more time for analgesics to work. I love the adjustable settings, especially the time and intensity.
