I work in the mining industry and everything I wear to work is subject to a lot of abuse. Great jacket, very warm and comfortable. I was worried about the fit because I was unsure what size I should get. I'm very picky about how things fit me and Carhartt can be tricky sometimes. I am a 5'11" 235 male and I ordered an XL. Perfect fit for me and exactly how I like it. If I would have filled the "fit guide" it would've not been right as it suggested a Lrg.

A month or so ago I bought three short-sleeve Force tee shirts and love them. They fit true to size, they're soft, and they wick dry quickly.So I bought these three long-sleeved shirts and so far love them. Same characteristics as the short sleeves, but feel better when there is a chill in the air.Definitely recommend to others. RC

Comfortable shirt. If the sleeves were any shorter I would not like it. I have long arms so I always look for best size. Tried it and it just barely works out. I have purchased the extra long sleeves since.I love the material of this shirt. I have mostly short sleeves so I added a long sleeve to the mix.

First I was disappointed that the heavyweight T has apparently been discontinued (or at least out of stock), so I reluctantly settled on the Midweight version. My next disappointment was when I received my order of two T's. In the past I always ordered Mediums, and while sometimes one of them might be a little bit I've never had an order with such a wide variance in what as supposed to be the same size. I don't know if one of the t's was mislabeled but it looked like I was wearing a tent. I'm 6'21" and granted a little on the light side (155 lbs) but this was beyond ridiculous. You would think these would be the same fit as the force short sleeve tshirts. Since they are both midweight relaxed tshirts with the only difference being short or long sleeve. These are not the same as the force short sleeve shirts. I like the force short sleeve t shirts but these are way tighter fitting. Why was the fit changed? I'll be returning.
I don't think it is as good as the "original" style. I don't like the fit and the feel of the material. I don't think it will hold up as well as the "original". It's better that the "loose" fit, but I don't plan to purchase any more. I have purchased many Carhartt products over the last 15 years, but I am going to look at other brands. You once had an excellent product, but now it is just another piece of cheaply made clothing. I think it's time to switch brands.
Absolutely the best long/ short sleeve tshirts on the market. I have been married to the k87 for work and casual wear. The force shorts have taken over as my go to everyday casual shirt. Super comfy, better fit, and no fading after multiple washes.
Sleeves too long for me. . I am short 5-6, 17" neck and 33 or 34 " sleeve in a dress shirt.The XL sleeves were down to my knuckles, with no cuffs.I returned with no hassle and purchased heavy weight L size.They shrink a bit and the cuffs are ribbed so they don't slide down
My husband loves this shirt! He usually wears an extra large but in Carhartt he can size down to a large and the sleeves were still long enough! Also the fabric is so soft. Perfect weight to keep you warm but not too hot.
