The pants are very big and super high waisted. I have to pull them up to my rib cage. In the future, I will be sticking with mid-rise petite cargos period. I got an XL because I like to be comfortable and not stick in skin tight scrubs, but I could easily wear the L and still be comfortable. Order a size down. Nice scrubs otherwise. Lots of nice pockets. Super comfortable. Look very professional.

overall fine. i had to hem off about 4 inches because of my height. i like all the pockets and the materials nice and light but still strong. my only complaint is the waistband area. theres no elastic, the tie is just a bit of tough ribbon, and because the ends cross over each other before coming out its making the stiching on the holes shred when i tie a knot in them after just a few wears.

Fabric is stretchy and weightless

Pants are so lightweight and cool, even on a hot day outside. I was wearing them in my garden, in the sun, and noticed that my legs didn't feel hot at all, because the fabric shaded them from the sun and didn't seem to absorb heat at all. Wow.The fabric is soft and stretchy, and I have 3 pairs and wear them around the house like pajama bottoms.Love them.

Favorite scrubs

I have tried many different scrub brands, these are by far my favorite! They are thin, stretchy, and do not cling. In the winter I can easily layer leggings under for extra warmth, if needed. I also love all the pockets. They do not fade. I am about 145lb, 5'5" and fit the small best. I would suggest going off of your hip measurements, more than waist measurements, in my experience.

Great Pants -- not so great pockets, for my needs

I loved the fit and the silk lightness of the fabric; the fit was perfect and comfortable -- easy to move around in and reach for things in. What frustrated me was what other people see as a plus: I like cargo pockets, but the ones on these pants were subdivided, and they were too small for what I needed to stow (I use pockets for everything -- do NOT carry a purse; if things are not directly attached to me, I lose them, like keys, wallet, sunglasses..... and so on.

Great pants, bad drawstring.

The pants are comfortable, and true to size. The pockets are great. The only downside is the drawstring. It's hard to tighten the pants because of the way it's looped in, and it's thin so even when it's tied it slips through the holes making it hard to untie. It's not bothersome enough that I would return them, but it is annoying.

Size Carefully

Runs very large. I would size down if considering. I am hippy & short got a medium as when I ordered another style (straight leg) the small was too small. The medium was huge. By that I mean can drag this up to my waist and my legs are like curtains and they just barely don't touch the ground. Excellent comfort though

Very nince scrubs--beautiful color

Beautiful scrubs! I just got these in royal, size XS and they fit great...very flattering and so comfortable. In fact, I like them so much, that I'm going to order a pair in black to wear in social settings! I'm serious:) I paid a little more than I normally do for scrubs, but the style and fit is worth it. Now, I'll be honest; I have not washed them repeatedly, so I can't comment on how well they wash and wear, but so far, so good.

great pants but watch the length

Unlike some other reviewers, I wouldn't say these run large. I have this same style from 3 years ago and these fit the same as those do. This particular Carhartt style has a looser fit, however they vary in length from one color to the next. For reference, I'm 5'9" and wear regular length Grey's scrubs but need talls in Dickies. I have this pant in the grape and silver lining color (retired) and need tall in the grape and wear regular length in the silver. This time I ordered the coral color and definitely fit fine in the regular length. I ordered the tall initially thinking I could easily hem them, but they were 3 1/2" too long at the hem and the crotch hung WAY too low.
