I love carhartt but I received a totallyDifferent carhartt shirt to this one. I kept it because it was nice but just be aware this isn’t the one you will receive. The one I was sent was a navy corduroy shirt instead.

Very well made shirt! Great company, and great aesthetic, but at the same time, this particular shirt isnt much fancier than your standard non WIP stuff so the full price tag is a little outrageous. The sizing is also very different from normal carhartt stuff so consider sizing up instead of the usual size down.
The material seems very durable and the craftsman ship is great. The fit in the shoulders is a medium. The body is full cut, generous. The cotton twill material is a little stiffer than I would like, hopefully this will soften wth wear. I expect it will wear well for many seasons.
Probably won't wear this if it's over 20 degrees Celsius out due to it's weight. But it's true Carhartt quality. This is a shirt that will last and looks good.Keep in mind Carhartt WIP fits true to size if not a little slim, the picture makes it seem like it's wide at the bottom, it is not. This is not your average Carhartt button up, it is very much from the Work In Progress line.
While this shirt is not as heavy as a similar wool shirt, it is fairly heavy, sturdy with thick buttons that don't feel like they'll fall off. Overall, I think it's a great shirt but I don't know if I would pay full price for it. It's sale price seems about right. In terms of fit, I normally wear a medium and while this fits well, it is a bit tight in the shoulders. It's definitely a bit slim fitting. I have gone back and forth a little bit about whether to keep it and overall, I am happy with it and the colors are great.
Definitely a well made shirt. The material is a little on the heavier side like others have mentioned. Colours were spot on. I ordered a medium and I am 6' 175lb and it did fit slightly bigger than I am used to but it's not terrible as you can wear it over another layer or try shrinking it a bit in the dryer. Overall it's a stylish well made shirt.
The Madison Long Sleeves Shirt fits great and I really like the material used. It feels like really good quality fabric and it's well constructed. It fits true to size and the quality is almost worth the full price. I would wait to buy it on sale if I were to purchase again.
shirt looked well made, but I didn't keep it: I'm between a Large and X-Large, and this was too small in the chest; sleeves seemed a bit short, too.
