carlson is definitely a brand i recommend in regards to fish oils omega 3 supplementation. the reason is, because carlson fish oil supplements are independently tested by a third-party lab, and, crucially, the results consistently show carlson fish oil supplements do not contain dangerous heavy metals or other contaminants. this is important, because many other fish oil supplements are not tested for contamination. thus, i feel confident that these supplements provide the benefits of taking fish oil, without exposure to potential problems of lead, or mercury, or pcbs, etc.

I have done research on which brand of Omega-3s to buy. This one checks alot of boxes. It has a good amount of DHA, 600mg and 800mg EPA. This brand is IFOS certified, from an FDA regulated facility, non-GMO, and no artificial preservatives. Its tested regularly for mercury which is important, some are not regulated. Serving size is only 2 pills per day and although they are a bit large, I don't have trouble swallowing. Alot of Omegas are on the larger side anyway. All in all I like them.
Finally got my package!While some might not like the size of the pill, I love this variation because it contains the most EPA and DHA (800 and 600mg respectively). Hence, I started taking probiotics and doing a little research, I found out that it enhances the benefits of fish oil. By the way, it does increase vitamin D3 and other vitamins positive effects too.It tastes like lemon but not too much.There’s nothing that would turn me off among ingredients either.Overall, the quality is 10/10.Like my comment if u found it informative 💚
I first tried this product locally after having dribbled the long-nutritional-standby of bottled fish oil down my shirt for the Nth time in X decades. I have used several different fish oil products, this one is excellent. High in Omega-3s...and great to have on hand and work into the nutritional regime. These "gems" are pricey...but they supply such a good formula, it's worthwhile to me. Also I don't take them every day given we get a good amount of fish in our maritime area. I step up use of them when I note inflammation increasing or sense immunity stressed, etc. The "gems" are on the large side, and I haven't tried chewing one yet. I never minded the taste of fish oil anyway.
I’ve tried so many fish oil supplements over the years and all have given me nasty fishy burps or even a horrid reflux from the oil just sitting in my stomach. For a few years I simply gave up as someone who cannot tolerate fish oil supplements of any kind. Then I read a review about this product working for someone who had similar side effects to other fish oils. So I figured it was worth a try. I can honestly say, even on an empty stomach, I have literally no nasty aftertaste, burps or nausea when taking these. I now on my third jar and have already got my mother and sister taking these too. After a new months I’ve noticed great improvement- including a reduction of prescription-medicine related inflammation in my body and greater cognitive function.
So far, so good. This is my first experience with this particular supplement. I've used other Carlson brand supplements and have never been disappointed, so I see no reason why this one will not match the quality and consistency of the others. When you find a distributor that consistently provides better the average supplements, you need to trust that they will provide a quality product each and every time.

After a month of use, I noticed good skin hydration, it looked better, and the hair also didn't fall out, although in the spring they often fell out before. I am sure of a good effect inside the body but I have not yet passed the analysis.I drank for 3 months, I stopped for a month and will soon be ordering again.I took 2 capsules sometimes 1 at a time, this is a very good ratio of fatty acids.There is nothing from the side effects, the capsules are odorless, and there is no fish eructation. The only minus for me personally is their size, personally, it’s a little difficult for me to swallow them, but this is a small minus compared to all the pluses. I advise these vitamins. Be healthy.
