After some research and recommendation from Gary M from Caruso's, I gave this product a try. It worked wonders and in combination with a better diet, exercise and meditation, I haven't experienced any anxiousness for 2-3 weeks. I would highly recommend this product!

I have been hearing a lot of positive feedback on a different brand of KSM66 gummies. Being diabetic they were not the best option. I take one tablet each night an hour before bed and I sleep so well. I fall asleep fast and if I wake up during the night, go straight back to sleep. These are amazing and affordable, but also have no unnecessary sugar.

I haven't been experiencing bouts of anxiety since taking this and am a lot more calm in situations of stress. I have been sleeping well. I think it is working well. It wouldn't be able to replace prescription medication if you were severe though.
After reading the potential benefits of ashwagandha as an adaptogen (stress relief) I started taking this Caruso product and have been happy with the quality. The effects are subtle, but worth continuing for the small financial outlay. There is a wealth of information and history about the benefits of ashwagandha on the internet.

This is also known as Indian Ginseng and is from the Nightshade series of plants. Ksm-66 is the best extract on the market, and this version has the most ksm-66.
