I have been using Fluid Away for several years to manage my mild fluid retention.
I have been looking for relief from both prostate & fluid retention issues for months so I looked for a more traditional medications without the nasty side effects & I found that in Caruso’s products.
After recent surgery on my knee..my leg puffed up. After taking the tablets with food I could see the fluid was gone from my toes and foot. The ankle still had swelling.
This information differs from the product label which states that sulfites are in the product, and there is also no indication on the inclusion of phenylalanine. Full ingredients need to be disclosed, and are not.
I find these tablets very effective in ridding my body of a build up of fluid, particularly around my ankles. It is a safe, effective and easy way to shed fluid build up.

These were originally recommended to my mum from a ER doctor and now I always keep in the house. Great after long flights or just when you are retaining fluid in hot weather or menstrual time.
I did alot of research on what is the best products to try and this one sure works! I bought it to loose fluid from having a baby in Aug 2021 and I took it everyday and the fluid was all gone within 3 weeks , I took it for a nother couple of weeks longer to make sure the fluid was gone and it was . Very Happy highly recommend. My mum has now bought it and is using it due to fluid build up from chemo/lymphoma etc and its starting to help her now after a week on it .
Ree the ingredients most of it is celery ...celery 1000g a day is known to help remove fluid from the body . So a little expensive way of buying celery . Tablets But Im giving it a go
