I have taken Caruso's Maca tablets for years. I have tried a lot of different brands and formulas but this is the best on the market!
I have been using Maca 5000 for 6 months and recently decided to wean off them. After about a week I noticed my energy level had dropped significantly, so decided to resume taking Maca 5000 and my energy level was good again!
Fantastic for Hot Flushes!! Was having them all day and most of the night too, stopped within a few days. Took Maca for a couple of years and felt good.
Very good product, would recommend if you are looking for that extra energy boost. Also adult dosage is only one tablet per day which I find is convenient.

I have been using Maca in its powder form and have been searching for it in an affordable tablet form. So far, Caruso's has not disappointed me yet! I find it so much easier taking it as a supplement rather than adding it to a smoothie or something similar.
