I bought this product last month and have been using for about 10days and I find it to work well for me. With no trouble at all I am able to fall asleep after about half an hour after taking 2 tablets. I awake in the morning with no feeling of tiredness.
I always have a bottle of these in stock for nights when my brain just won't switch off. They help to relax and if I do wake up, rather than my brain springing into action, I am able to go straight back to sleep. They are not addictive and I usually only need to take them for 1-3 nights to put my sleep pttern back in order.
Great product for people having trouble getting to sleep. Helps you relax and enjoy a deep sleep. You don't feel drowsy the next day.
These help me fall asleep but don't help me stay asleep. I stay asleep for 4 to 5 hours only after taking them. Was hoping for more uninterrupted sleep.
Bought these as highly recommended by a friend. They worked well for her but unfortunately not for me still have the sleep problem so I will continue to try other alternatives
