I have been using this product for about 8 weeks. I have osteo arthritis in my fingers/hands & I've noticed a big difference in how much relief there is. Will definitely reorder this product.

I HAVE CHRONIC R/H , I FEEL TWO TABLETS A DAY IS HELPING THE JOINT'S

I take it in conjunction with magnesium powder for my inflamed wrist. It takes time but I find it helps.
