Honestly it's nerve wracking choosing a rug online but with all of the reviews here I took a chance and ordered this gorgeous rug. We love it, it's perfect. It looks exactly as it does in the photos! So happy.

Rug is decent for the price, but it's not as thick in terms of threadcount as it appears and it is more of a beige. Price point is goid however and I'm happy with the purchase overall.

I'm happy with the rug but the pattern in the illustration is not recognisable. In real life it just looks like mottled grey and white. Apart from that it's fine.

Really pleased with this rug, it looks great and it cleans easily. It does feel a little on the cheaper side but not enough to bother me (it's not super soft).But it looks amazing.

Very nice rug, but not the colour I was expecting. From photos, it looked very blue-grey, but it's much more of a light charcoal. Not a particularly thick shag, suspect it will flatten out quickly. Still, nice rug.

I have had this rug for at least a year and the shag pile has held up well. Still suits my room despite just refreshing the furniture and bedding. The only thing I will say against it is I was expecting a whiter white, it is more of an off-white than the pure white of the photo. You can see in my photo the bedding looks white and the rug more like a cream in comparison.

We got this rug to stop our big, silly dog slipping around down stairs and even though we absolutely love it, he loves it even more! It's great quality and is super easy to clean and it makes our house feel cosy :)

Lovely rug, arrived quickly even with the pandemic affecting shipping times. Very nice for the price. However from the pictures I was expecting a rug with a lot of grey on it. In reality it's mostly white with a tiny bit of grey. The grey pattern is very subtle and doesn't " pop" like the pic. But funnily enough if I try and take a pic it looks exactly like the photos. So the grey pops on camera but in reality is very subtle. A little disappointed, but no fault of T&W as it just looks different on camera. Just a heads up though for anyone who wants a darker pattern, this is not the rug for you.

Love the rug itself however the one I was sent had a kink in it. I thought this would come out over time but it hasn't and I hate the kink. Other than that I love the rug design.
