It's a good quality and would have been perfect if the fit had been the usual Castelli sizing - slightly smaller than most other brands. Castelli's small sizes always fit me well. However, this small jersey was more medium than small. Too baggy and too long in the body and sleeves. Unfortunately Sigma Sport didn't have a extra small in stock so I sourced one from another supplier. It fit just like the Castelli small sizes normally do. Maybe it's a one-off for that item or else they are sizing up for the UK and US market. Hope not. It's a perfect jersey for early spring, late autumn and coupled with a gillet it it may suit for the chiller days.beyond.

I ride a lot during the winter and I have four of these jerseys to keep me warm. If it's in the 40s I typically have a base layer under the jersey and then subtract it as the day warms. Solid product. I'm 5'10" and 155 and the jersey fits perfectly.

Nice athletic cut, nice soft feel, available in a bright colour which is good in an attempt to be seen in country lanes, but it is not at all wind proof, on a chilly day you might as well not bother putting it on, the zip is full length, I would prefer a 1/2 length zip. Going to sound crazy here but this jersey is like made out of magic fibers. I have done a few rides between 10-19 C temperatures. This is why i think its had magic fibers. In chilly windy weather it kept me nice and warm ... almost toasty in a very good way. In warmish weather found myself very comfortable. Wasn't overheating or sweating. Just felt like i am wearing a normal jersey.I don't know R&D they do at Castelli but this has become my favorite piece of kit. Well worth every penny. Oh and as always size up. I wear a M but the L fit nicely.
Purchased at a reduced price. Probably wouldn’t pay full price for it. As I’m discovering with Castilli it’s quite small. Probably would go with xxl if I bought it again. The xl will be ok once I’ve lost the beer engine. On that note, the front is cut quite high leaving your belly exposed like Winnie the Pooh if you’ve not got bib shorts or leggings on. Comfy and warm though with a nice reflective strip.
Absolutely love this Jersey, they are warm and comfortable. Used them on ours 60Km ride at 5 degree C and they were warm and kept the wind away. High recommendation on these Jersey if you like riding in the cold and want to feel warm, fabric is stretchy and never once feel tight or uncomfortable.
I've worn this jersey down to 33°F with a long-sleeved base layer, and a light jacket. It is very warm, wicks well, and feels nice on a long ride. The sleeves are little long, but that's good for pulling over gloves. If I must be picky, the collar does tend to roll flat if partially unzipped. On my last ride temps were 33-54°, it never felt hot, damp, or stuffy. I would buy a 2nd.The full width chest reflective strip is nice for early starts. My Castelli bib tights have reflective cuffs and combined give great front/back visibility.

This is one of my 55 degree and under jerseys. Any ride above 55 and it is too warm. I grab it for mountain bike rides in the early mornings and winter time in northern Ca. I chose black which shows less dirt and mud stains. I pair it with a light long sleeve base for high 40's temps and add a vest for low 40's. The fleecy lining is super cozy and will warm up quick but wicks nicely and I am yet to be a wet mess in it. It is not cut for race fit. But at 168 lbs. and 6'0", the fit is perfect and doesn't create issues when you want to wear something underneath. Good arm length, nice collar and deep pockets.
