Equally at home on tarmac or gravel, the Unlimited Cargo Bibshort knows no limits. This four-pocket short is ready for your next adventure. Long-distance comfort, all-surface durability, and lots of carrying capacity is the story of the Unlimited Cargo Bibshort. With the Affinity Pro fabric and KISS Air2 seat pad, it's made for comfort in the saddle. Then Castelli added pockets. Four of them, in fact. On each leg you have a cargo pocket that can expand to hold a lot of gear, yet it compresses to prevent your stuff from bouncing around. The side pockets have a flap over the top to keep stuff from falling out. The GIRO4 grippers finish things off, making this a comfortable and useful piece of kit for your next ride. Perfect for gravel rides, but also a great choice for the increasing number of riders who want more pockets for their road rides.

I normally wear a size L bib short from Mavic and Sugoi but with Castelli I thought to order two sizes up from normal just to be safe. Unfortunately the 2XL were not only tighter than my size L bibs but also the straps were very short and cut into my shoulders quite a bit. Rather than going 3 sizes up I decided to return. The garment quality seemed excellent, the anti-slip portion of the leg straps was high quality. Everything looked great, just be mindful of the sizing and probably avoid them if you're close to or over 6 foot tall.Kudos to Altitude for a seemless return policy and fast shipping in the first place.

My 5th Unlimited cargo bibs. They are so comfortable for longer miles. I hope castelli will make more colors to compete other overpriced brands. Thanks Bikeinn for fast shipping and excellent service. Will buy again in the future.

The Castelli Unlimited Cargo Bib Liner Shorts are a great pair of bib to wear riding on a gravel bike or for an indoor spin class. I am mostly using them while on my gravel bike and rides shorter than 2 hours. I am wearing a size L and I am about 5'10 and 180 lbs. Fit is great and the chamois is very comfortable.

Very happy with these bib shorts. Very nice material and well made. I've got two other pairs of Castelli Entrata's, and the sizing was pretty much the same. These feel a touch larger, but that's actually to my benefit. The colour is quite nice too. Feels like it has a slight tinge of green that I wasn't expecting but I like.
So far, these bibs are great. The pad is super comfortable. I haven't had to do any long distance rides, but on rides up to 3 hours, the pad works very well - with no soreness or chafing.I wear a medium in Pearl Izumi, and can go medium or large on most brands. The large fits perfect. Waist measured: 34. Hips 38. 5'10" 180 lbs.
Bought these shorts after reading good reviews about them, and so far so good. I initially went for a large as Castelli sizes are usually quite small, but ended up swapping for medium (I am 5ft 10", medium build). The returns process was extremely simple and Saddleback sent out replacement bibs by return. Happy customer, thanks!
Only put one ride in with these but so far am loving them. I'm 5'11", 160lb and size L fits perfectly. Very clever design for adding the pockets to the sides of the shorts, which you'll see when you buy them :). They also have a couple small pockets in the back at the top of the fabric connecting to the straps, for small things you won't need to access during your ride. The fabric weight feels perfect for spring and fall riding and should last several seasons. The chamois padding is very comfortable, which kind of goes without saying for Castelli. All in all, a great value for the money.
I love this bib. The pockets make add so much extra convenience. Easy to keep your phone in the side pockets while cycling and also carry your wallet when entering a shop. The side pockets have nice lip to prevent anything from sliding out.The bib is quite comfortable and can ride most of the day without issue. Still not a gel chamois but I was pleased with how it held up on a 400 km bikepacking trip. The 'unlimited' logo/writing on the back looks nice but I think it will peal off quite easily and already has started after less than 500 km. I personally don't care since the bib looks great without it anyways. The sizing does run small as is typically the case with Castelli. I am 6'1 and 175 lbs and the XL works for me. I would even consider trying a 2XL next time.
My second pair of Castelli Unlimited bibs… (I wanted another colour) I’m a big fan! Pockets are extremely useful and surprising roomy; so far I’ve managed to comfortably transport a pint of milk, several bananas and obvious items like phone, wallet, tools etc. As a whole the shorts possess all the high quality features that make Castelli kit so popular. Highly recommend for all types of cyclists.
Bought these a few months ago with the idea of wearing on my longer "adventure" rides, which I do on a gravel bike and can involve pavement, gravel, single track, etc. They are just as comfortable as my road bibs from the same brand and fit similarly but are made from a more durable material that gives me more confidence if I end up with any bushwhacking. There is a pocket in the small of the back which ends up under your jersey so is good for things you want to keep secure and out of the elements but don't need to access regularly (e.g. car keys). There are also two pockets on the outside of the thighs, which lay flat when not used but expand substantially to hold gear. While you can fit something like a phone, I found it better for lighter objects like gels, ... MoreBought these a few months ago with the idea of wearing on my longer "adventure" rides, which I do on a gravel bike and can involve pavement, gravel, single track, etc. They are just as comfortable as my road bibs from the same brand and fit similarly but are made from a more durable material that gives me more confidence if I end up with any bushwhacking. While you can fit something like a phone, I found it better for lighter objects like gels, gloves, etc. only because I don't like the feeling of weight on my legs as I pedal. I'll probably just start buying these instead of dedicated road bibs since they are so versatile, but I'm sure I'll get some flack on group rides from the roadie purists for having pockets!
