This is Volvo recommended oil to use in current generation XC90 diesel engines. They have very powerful 2L 4 cylinder twin turbo engines that produce upto 173kw of power. Volvo uses same oil at the dealers. I noticed this oil expands. I had put 200ml less (its better to put less than overfill on diesel engines as the pressure inside will destroy the engine if overfilled) and after 15mins of drive oil level was showing 100% mark. No dipsticks. Car status menu on dash will display oil level. 2000kms on and oil is still 100%.
