I ordered this and had it set up for two weeks before the platform with the ball snapped when my cat jumped down to it from the top platform. However, he is quite big and heavy, so it may not be an issue for smaller cats.Customer service was great about the damaged part, I was sent a replacement within 48 hours. The platform with the ball attached on the replacement I was sent was made out of a more solid piece of wood instead of chipboard this time. It's been set up for a week now without issue.It is a good tree for the price aside from the fragile platform - hopefully the new material they appear to be using has fixed the issue!

The main parts of the tower is great, the only downside is the side part with the ball attached is not strong, as the tower is made out of chipboard. I've had for a week and this part of the chipboard snapped. Pet Circle team have sent a replacement straight away and are more than happy to help. Would be great if they stopped using chipboard for these towers. Thank you.

Received a replacement tower within a week of the first breaking, just over a week later the second one broke in exactly the same spot. This tower is not weighted enough to support a cat climbing or jumping up to the bed, it tips over. I’ve had to fasten it to the dinning table legs. This item should be removed from sale asap. Customer service has been great, but I am left with two of these cat towers that are broken and have to now dispose of them and start back at square one.
for the most part, this is a fine cat tree, but the floating platform with the hanging toy snapped after a few months with my 5kg cat sitting on it. the highest platform is also unstable and he has never managed to get up there due to the amount of overlap there is to get up.
Bought it on sale, happy with the price, easy to build. But not sturdy enough. The tree was shaking while my tabby moving up and down.Sadly that the expanded board with the ball underneath broke down at the 2nd day.
My two cats absolutely love this tree. Super easy to assemble, looks very modern and beautiful. Spraying the liquid cat nip here and there made My two adult cats explore it right away.
Easy to assemble in various ways. We have 2 foster cats, one has had a blast with it, the other one would rather stay on the top most platform to just chill.
