The Catit Senses 2.0 Multi Feeder combines storage space with a bowl for wet food and a paw pit for dry food. Its simple, compact design takes up little floor space and enables you to serve a day's worth of food at once. The paw pit at center stimulates natural self-controlled feeding by enticing your cat to regularly paw out small portions. This instinctual activity helps prevent binge eating. You can also use the Multi Feeder as a 9 to 5 feeder by serving wet food in the bowl to be eaten fresh and adding kibble to the paw pit for little snacks throughout the day. The inner compartment provides plenty of storage space for quick and easy refills. The Catit Multi Feeder is easy to clean and has an ergonomic design matching the Catit Flower Fountain (#43742). Combine the two for a complete dining experience!

Considering how expensive feeders can get I think this is a great everyday bowl. My cat has a tendency to get indigestion so I'm glad he's eating in a more upright position. He pretends he can't get biscuits out of the paw pit sometimes, but he can. It wouldn't slow the most greedy cat down very much but it does help. Not super solid but my big cat has not knocked it over or anything. I put two tins in the base to weigh it down. Would recommend!

I've got a chunky 3yr old cat and a thin 1yr old. This is fantastic for both of them. I put wet in the dish, satiety kibble in the hole, and then kitten kibble right on top. My 1yr old eats his fill before my 3yr old chunky cat gets her turn. It works so much better than locking them in separate rooms during feeding. Plus the robot vacuum doesnt try and suck it up!

I got two multi-feeders for two of my three cats - my two boys are a little bit too heavy and being indoor cats, I figured putting a little noggin-scratcher into their dinner would be good for them. They are not the brightest bulbs by a long shot, but took to these feeders right away. Sure, it slows down their eating, but the most valuable perk has been that I can see how hungry they *actually* are; turns out they eat less when they have to work for it. So I have successfully brought down their dry food portions and they aren't fussy about it!

This is a sturdy item. However it's very shallow. The indent only goes about 2 inches deep. Seems like a lot of plastic and wasted space. The cats don't seem very interested. I have 2 cats that love putting their paws in things so I thought this would be good enrichment. I'm going to try one of the other Catit brand items that seem more engaging.
This food bowl is absolutely adorable, and my cat loves it. It is actually bigger than i thought,i purchased the cat waterer that matches,, as well. It is easy to setup. As soon as it was set up my cat went straight over and ate right from it. The price is right on. It is definitely worth the purchase. I love this product so much, i may buy another for my kitchen.
I have five cats - three of which self-regulate when they eat. The other two however, well, let's just say one of them is nicknamed "Tub-o-Lard". The problem was, how to put the two fat boys on a diet without starving the other three who prefer to lightly graze throughout the day. Enter the Catit Food Tree, Digger, and Multi-Feeder! These products have been perfect! Food is available for all of them throughout the day, but the fat boys must now "work" a bit extra for it - slowing down their feeding and making them less like to eat just because they are bored. And that's another benefit - they now get added stimulation when they want to eat. It's a food and a toy! So, thinner, happier, and healthier cats have been the result. This is probably my own fault, as I did see one review stating that the "tube" the cat food goes into is quite short and does not fit much food. That is my main complaint. I really cannot use this, since my gameplan was to put 1/2 cup of cat food in at a time; well, it only fits about 1/8 of a cup, first of all; secondly, my cat STILL just simply ate out of the little hole in the tube! So she really wasn't slowing down her eating at all. I wanted to like this, but I will continue the search for the perfect feeder elsewhere.
This helped slow down our food-security obsessed ex-stray cat. Scooping them out as need slowed her down enough to stop her overeating. Now both our cats know that their crunchies are cached and accessible, we no longer have to carefully restrict their intake, they do it themselves. They're easy to clean, and robust enough. The cats seem to enjoy eating from a higher position. There's a fair bit of storage space inside too for stashing their random bits and bobs.
This did the trick to slow down my girl cat who often throws up undigested food because she eats so fast. Took a couple tries for both of us to get it right. First I filled the hole too full and she shoved her face in and ate. I took out some kibble and she figured it out pretty fast. She often clutches food in her paw and brings it up to her mouth - - very cute.I took away a star because the price is high for mere plastic and it's much bigger than it needs to be. And I don't need the storage space inside. It's also not a cute bowl. The box it came in has adorable drawings on it. Wish they'd put some on the bowl. But ultimately I'm glad I bought this.
I just wish the middle bowl was deeper because now we are having to feed our cats 2s a day vs the once a day we used to have to feed them. I also wish the base was heavier or had a weight that came inside all the hollow space because my cats just knock it over instead of trying to use their paws. Other then that the product has made my one cat stop throwing up from eating way too fast. And the shipping and ordering process was painless.
