Loving it
This is an additional I was reluctant to buy due to the price, but I have an elderly cat and I thought this step might be good for her. It's sturdy and non splippery and pratically eliminated the issue with the litter on cat's paws. So, yeah, despite the price it's a good buy if you have cats with mobility issues or if the litter around the house annoys you.
The stairway allows the cats to enter the unit easily… however, even after a month of use the two cats still jump over the step and onto the floor… sending litter granules everywhere.So I must look for a mat that also traps the litter.
The stair really is needed and it does trap a lot of the clay but my cats are young and its good to see them use the step it makes it easier to get in and out instead of jumping in or out where they could probably do themselves an injury, it's a must have.
The best. I cant compare with other automated products but this one does the job (although I haven’t t managed to get the scales calibrated to accurately weigh my cat yet. This leads to a notifications regarding her health due to weight fluctuations) My household avoided getting a cat for 2 reasons: the smell and litter. This product gave us the confidence to take the risk and didn't disappoint! Recommended!
It’s a bit overpriced
Bought with the scooper its a must money well spent
Although this accessory works great as a litter catcher and step for the catlink scooper, it is insanely overpriced for what is essentially a plastic box with holes on top. At least it looks good in conjunction with the scooper. Thanks to the Petso team for being super supportive during shipment mishap.
