Smells lovely, goes on super smooth and makes my lips feel lovely. Also think it’s super fairly priced so it’s a 10/10 from me! After trying a million lip balms, this one is by far my favorite, it transforms super dry lips into super soft, non greasy lips. Love the subtle sweet scent, easy glide formula, and pretty pale lilac container, BUT the cap tends to come off easily AND the balm itself caves in after a few uses, like a candle that hasn’t burned for enough time to melt all the way. This is a major flaw because the edges scrape at my lips and only the middle becomes usable. Took a picture to somewhat show what I mean. Otherwise, this balm is amazing. Please fix that flaw. Maybe my next one won’t do this.

Bought this lip balm in a set with hand cream at the duty free shop in the Rome airport a few weeks ago. It was 5 euro (roughly $5.50) USD for the set. I grabbed it to have something for the dry plane air. It did the job, and I’m still using the set, but I don’t feel like it’s the most moisturizing lip balm I’ve used. I feel like it sits on my lips and doesn’t absorb very well, but the formulation feels really nice and the scent is pleasant. The center of the bullet does become concave as other reviews have noted. I think the normal price point in the US is high for this product, but worth the 5 euro I paid.
I have been using this product for a long time and I think the formula may have changed a little along with the new packaging. It’s still a wonderful lip balm, but I am not sure if it nourishes as much as it used to, and with the new packaging, as soon as you put the stick to your lip, the pressure pushes it back down into the tube, so you have to hold the tube on the sides in order to not push it back down in the tube. All that said, it is a very comfortable and buttery-smooth lip balm. Very good product. The scent is wonderful and very subtle. It does not smell like “fruity pebbles” like some others have said and is so subtle, you barely notice it and it goes away very quickly. Love the scent.
This has helped my lips so much this winter from having dry, painful, and crusty lips like I usually do. I've tried a lot of products over the years and none have helped as long term as this one has. It has a light scent to it that I would describe as fruity, but it is not overpowering. I have had soft and crack free lips for three weeks since beginning to use this and will definitely be purchasing another for my purse. I highly recommend! #freeproduct
The balm itself is good, decently moisturising leaving a glossy finish. Not a particularly long-lasting product but the scent is really lovely. Not overpowering at all. Packaging isn't great though; I found the lid would come off in my pocket and it actually ended up cracking slightly which made it worse. Also be careful applying pressure when using, melts quite quickly and don't twist the balm up too much as it may snap off. Wouldn't repurchase but it's a good product
Just love this. It's not the cheapest lip balm and it doesn't last the longest time either, but I just love and adore this balm. So nourishing and not at all sticky. Especially great to smother on at bedtime. 10/10Just be careful when using as it is quite soft and the stick can wobble if you push it too far out of the container!

Their container and packaging also focus on sustainable sourcing.I'm embarrassed to say I have chapped lips in Winter, I've tried many lip balms in the market and I can say I like this Caudalie Lip conditioner the most. It has grape seed oil and organic shea butter as main ingredients, it helps smooth my extra dry lips and moisturize my lips for hours! I also enjoy its sweet orange fragrance, I'm very happy with this product. I highly recommend it to my friends and family.

There is no oily, shiny finish like most other chap stick. No fragrance and hard enough not snap but doesn't tug the skin. I do stock up on this product and don't mind paying the slightly higher price for a good item. Hoping they haven't reformulated along with the new packaging and slight price hike. Both the old formula and package (green lettering and grapes illustration, which is Caudalie signature ingredient) was perfection.
