Alright so normally I'm a big artificial flavors guy (I'm obese you see). But the ultra frost flavor is just not good. It tastes like someone synthesized tartness in a lab. In comparison biosteel's frost flavor is delicious. As for the effects honestly I don't feel much. I get the tingles, but I can't say that it has a huge effect on my workouts. If you want to see how preworkouts agree with you then give it a whirl, but I can't in good conscience recommend the ultra frost flavor

Quality, affordable and tasty.I purchased this during a buy-one-get-one sale and am very happy. Most preworkouts I've had are hard to drink (taste-wise) but, this Icy Blue Razz is delicious. And in 30 minutes I can feel it. I feel the "rush"--not palpitations, thankfully--and know when it's time to workout. I feel energerized during the whole hour+ of weightlifting and notice I sweat considerable more.Would buy again.

But what really holds this product over others is cellucors "XCelicor" which provides a longer source of energy and provide a better focus in the gym which when stacked with caffeine really makes you power through your workout. Pump: Im a very vascular person to begin so having my veins show throughout my workout isnt anything I really pay attention to, but when I was taking Cellucor 50x, my veins REALLY popped out, i could trace a vein from my wrist completely up to my shoulders where they disappeared into my chest, which was even commented on by my workout partner. Recovery: Personally my body doesn't really require a lot of down time and recovery time with the amount of BCAA"s, healthy dieting, and fish oils I don't really have much soreness. But I did find that while taking this product I had a lower amount of lactic acid build up in my muscles which allowed to get longer, better sets in. Overall I loved this product, I've always enjoyed Cellucors products having taken almost all of their pre-workouts at this point along with their Whey and SuperHD products. But with this product Cellucor has really outdone themselves and produces an extremely solid and well thought out product. I would recommended this product to anybody looking for a pre-workout thats really looking for a huge edge in the gym.

More Extras: ATP is a source of energy our body created, the more ATP the more our body can do. I won't be going into complete detail as I have learned all about ATP, energy systems, etc in College however one thing I found great about the C4 ULTIMATE is that you won't feel any crash after training/workout. I felt the boost and noticed my training/workout lasted longer than normal. I could've gone even more, and it's hard to find a naturally perfect balance of ingredients in an energy booster, not only does it boost ATP/Energy within the body, the ingredients are a perfect mixture, plus no crash which is what we all need.

Bought this wanting to try some other flavours and I was not disappointed. The taste is just as good if not better than the cherry limeade flavour. There is hardly any grit when drinking it, and the energy it gives me is far better than other brands I've tried. My only complaint may be that it is a tad pricey, but overall I think it is worth it. Would recommend!

However, I’ve noticed since taking the C4 that I don't need the little pre meal anymore.The first couple of times I used it, I added 6 oz of water and mixed with my shaker bottle but I hated having that much water on my stomach right before my workout. I loooove that it’s like a sweet and sour punch treat right before I get started. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes then I feel a heatwave and that’s when I know it’s activated. Fortunately, it doesn’t make me over jittery because I’ve tried other brands that did and that can be a huge problem if for any reason my workout is interrupted. So that’s a definite plus. The final thing that I’m pleased with is that it is a thermogenic as well. I feel like I'm sweating a little more than usual, and in all honesty, it actually motivates me to go a little harder. Maybe it's just a mental thing, but I do feel like my intensity has gone up some. I’m hoping that by the time I finish this bottle, I’ll be past my original goal for my 4 week progress without the need of having to add an extra supplement. I’d love to be able to keep the amount of supps I need down to a minimum. I will definitely recommend it for this who are interested in adding a pre into their regiment!
I have used RSP AminoLean for a while and really liked it. Good flavor, clean energy, no side effects. Then I tried C4 Original...and OMG... First time, the flavor was overpowering with citric acid, but, my workout lasted much longer than usual. After completing a 30 day container, I tried ON Preworkout and didn't' really enjoy it much. Tried AminoLean again and was good. Went back to C4 original and once again, WOW...Kept on working out with a lot of energy. C4 is really amazing! I recommend cycling this because it can be addictive! Try it and you will be amazed as well!

I would say this is best for that energy and pump you get and for also burning extra calories if you are cutting or trying to recomposition.
