However it does carry sugar. C4 has so many different flavors to chose from. My favorite is the blue razz or pink lemonade.

Absolutely the best pre-workout. I've used abused many other products are in line. I actually like old school labs, but their prices are outrageous and this is just as good at half the price of not a slightly less. I buy some of the ingredients, myself and Spike it to get the ingredients exactly to the profile that I like or I'll add the ingredients sometimes to my intro work out that I make homemade. That being said this is absolutely the best pre-workout on the market quality ingredients does it make you shake? He gives you a good pump.

The amount of caffeine was strong, but wasn’t over powering. Initially, it lifted my mood and I thought it was about to make me feel great. Had a sense of well-being, started a few phone calls and projects, being a little nicer to people than usual. Then about an hour in, I felt out of control of everything and was irritated by the little things, or people who weren't on my level at the moment. I had the same problems with Adderall as im labeled as ADD/ADHD, so my mood swings is why I stopped taking that. I was not trying to replace a stimulant I was just generally curious about pre workout. Idk, maybe I didn't take enough, or vice versa. But I think I'll only be taking this while I'm alone. Definitely interested in trying a different kind, one thing I do like is that I don't feel nervously caffeinated like I expected. Another positive is that I think it tastes good. Not a good product, caused active negatives in the gym.

I have used a variety of pre-workouts; this one is by far the worst I have ever experienced.No energy change 30mins-1 hour after being taken but did feel fatigued during my workout when I used this blend.It affected my stamina and numbers poorly.I tested that maybe it was me and not the workout; maybe I had eaten the wrong foods or not gotten enough sleep, but this was not the case.Stick to something else, anything else, because this is not, at least in my personal experience, the go-to PW.

I bought a bottle c4 thinking that it would boost my energy, oh this bottle of satan’s ashes did give me a boost energy but not in a good way. Since I couldn’t find the instructions on the bottle I took the risk of adding 3 scoops of it in my water bottle thinking my energy would boost 10 fold. I couldn’t even read his message properly due to the pain of my stomach. I told him to call 911 if I dont call him in the next hour, my feces reach the top of the toilet , I felt my butt cheek touching it, my pride left my soul, I started asking god if this is my punishment for not praying to him for the past couple of days now. At the moment all I can feel is my virginity being engulfed by this Danm forsaken C4. I have a saying, a smart man learn from his mistakes but a wise man learn from other’s mistakes. But if you want to test your manhood, I dare you to take 3 scoop like me.
