I have to say yes to C4! You can see in the pic I posted how much leaner my face looks and I don’t have that look of malnutrition that I dislike so much! C4 is working great for me! I put one scoop into an 8 oz bottle of water and drink right before I am about to leave to the gym. It should be about 39 mins before your workout. It gives me mad endurance and makes me sweat all those nasty calories off, you know those ones we eat that we didn’t mean to like the one bite of chocolate cake you couldn’t resist or the brownie you shared with your bestie (yes of course I had to hear the I thought you were on a diet when I told her to gimme some). But anyways try C4 it works!

It's hard to find a good pre workout these days. Some will make you jittery, some fog up your mind, and some flat out don't work. C4 has been pretty consistent for me. I've used it for about 3 years now. There are plenty other options out there, but I can always find C4 in stock at my local Walmart. It tastes great, and it gives me energy and focus. I'm a huge fan of the beta alanine in it. That's the stuff that gives you the tingly feeling. They now offer a carbonated version in a can. That stuff is great as well. Give it a shot. You won't be disappointed.

Absolutely the best pre-workout. I've used abused many other products are in line. I actually like old school labs, but their prices are outrageous and this is just as good at half the price of not a slightly less. I buy some of the ingredients, myself and Spike it to get the ingredients exactly to the profile that I like or I'll add the ingredients sometimes to my intro work out that I make homemade. That being said this is absolutely the best pre-workout on the market quality ingredients does it make you shake? He gives you a good pump.

When I first tried this product I really liked it. It has a great flavour and is easy to drink. You could also feel the boost of energy within 10-15 minutes and your body would tingle (due to beta alanine) when it was taking effect. After a few uses, it no longer seemed to have that effect. The product also started solidifying and congealing despite the lid being on constantly and being removed for no more than 30 seconds to access the product, as well as the anti moisture packet being in the box throughout.

Beware Careful

Not certain what ingredient(s) they put in this particular product compared to their pre-workout. Does give you energy but must begin doing hard workouts ( running) as soon as you take it. Or else it will give you this weird sensation such as feeling itchy as though your having an allergic reaction. However it does go away after about 30 minutes or placing cold water on your face. Did not experience this same effect with the pre-workout. This doesn’t blend well unless you mix it with cold water. All in all given the price spent, I will finishing using but once it’s gone. I’m going back to the pre-workout product versus the energy.

C4-Explosive Energy, as promised.

Quality, affordable and tasty.I purchased this during a buy-one-get-one sale and am very happy. Most preworkouts I've had are hard to drink (taste-wise) but, this Icy Blue Razz is delicious. And in 30 minutes I can feel it. I feel the "rush"--not palpitations, thankfully--and know when it's time to workout. I feel energerized during the whole hour+ of weightlifting and notice I sweat considerable more.Would buy again.

I could've gone even more, and it's hard to find a naturally perfect balance of ingredients in an energy booster, not only does it boost ATP/Energy within the body, the ingredients are a perfect mixture, plus no crash which is what we all need

Not a good product, caused active negatives in the gym.

I have used a variety of pre-workouts; this one is by far the worst I have ever experienced.No energy change 30mins-1 hour after being taken but did feel fatigued during my workout when I used this blend.It affected my stamina and numbers poorly.I tested that maybe it was me and not the workout; maybe I had eaten the wrong foods or not gotten enough sleep, but this was not the case.Stick to something else, anything else, because this is not, at least in my personal experience, the go-to PW.

I've been working out for a while and I've never used pre workout because I have a physical job and I always drink a bang drink before so I want to limit my caffeine intake because my tolerance is also high plus I underestimated how much it actually helps you to push through a workout, but I just decided to give it a try. after using it once I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED!! it gave me A LOT of energy damn near feels like more than a bang energy can give despite it being much higher in caffeine. definitely noticed a difference in my mood; I just started feeling really good and so ready for an intense workout. I was able to lift more weight and more reps and I was also ready for my next set a lot quicker. definitely noticed my body temperature increase from the cayenne to burn more calories. it tastes really good. there was no big crash. it has beta alanine which is known to make you feel tingly or itchy which I've noticed with other products that have it but this one not really. overall it SIGNIFICANTLY improved my workout I wish I got this way sooner. but then again I've never really used a preworkout so idk how this compares with other ones like bucked up or woke af or beyond raw but I've just heard good stuff from multiple people that this brand has good quality products so I assume this one of the best preworkouts you can get but then again it depends on the results you are trying to get. I would say this is best for that energy and pump you get and for also burning extra calories if you are cutting or trying to recomposition.
