The Hawaiian Punch flavor is spot on—tastes just like the real thing. It mixes well too, no weird clumps or anything. It gives me enough energy to power through my workout without messing up my sleep schedule, which is a huge plus. The only bummer is that it doesn't have a scoop holder like some other brands, which would be super handy. Other than that, it's great.

I purchased this to try as a pre-workout energy boost. The flavor is OK, but a little saltier than I prefer. However I do feel like I have more energy during my workouts. I have also noticed my run times are more consistent and my energy during the run stays consistent. It is a little pricey compared to other products I think. I did purchase this to try and redeemed a rebate for cash back. Definitely worth a try.

This preworkout drink was effective and gave me long lasting energy to workout at the gym. I can push myself for extra reps and longer workout. The taste however doesn't taste like fruit punch to me.

The efficiency of the preworkout is not for people who has experience already high amounts of caffeine. It has good benefits in terms of ingredients. But if you want to experience a high boost of energy look for higher amounts of cafeine and beta alanine
WONDERFUL! It tastes great and gives me the added boost I need to get a great work out in! It comes with a scoop, and dissolves pretty quickly, no chunks are left at the bottom. I’d definitely recommend this product
I usually buy this off Amazon and this was cheaper so hey!It’s a great product tho I take two scoops to get the amount of everything i need for a workout so it doesn’t go far. (I’m not a coffee/regular caffeine user and somewhat stim sensitive) It has everything I want and nothing I don’t. I don’t find it bothers my gut like other creatine including supplements. I take this twice a week for my hard swim workouts and I really notice a difference, especially in my muscles not getting sore as fast (I’m prone to heavy lactic acid build up) and even being able to have better breathe control. I can do 50 free on 1 breath halfway. Not so much without this lol. The taste is ok. Sorta sour though. But no chalky like others. I’ve tried dozens and this is my fav.
Good pre-workout if you like the blue raspberry flavor (I generally do). I found it to be a little too overpowering, but nothing I can’t fix. It mixed well with water and gave me a nice little boost. I don’t think there’s anything particularly special or different about this than other products, though. But it works well if you want to try it!
I’m not a big preworkout powder user, however, my husband is and tried this out. His main thoughts were, it gave him a good boost of energy, the taste isn’t too desirable but it’s not disgusting, the powder dissolves well in water. The main complaint he had about the taste was the fact he isn’t a big fan of the blue raspberry taste. I did try it a little bit, and i thought the flavor was good.
