Have you ever tried Pre workout and instantly get itchy like ants are crawling all over you? That will not happy with this preworkout. I have been taking this for years now and this is by far my favorite. The product tastes half way decent and gives you the pick me up you need to have a great workout (without the itchy, tingly feeling). Not only does the product work but the fruit punch favor it’s so yummy. So easy to drink before a workout. This product can be found in most grocery and convenient stores and is very affordable.

I won't be going into complete detail as I have learned all about ATP, energy systems, etc in College however one thing I found great about the C4 is that you won't feel any crash after training/workout. I felt the boost and noticed my training/workout lasted longer than normal. I could've gone even more, and it's hard to find a naturally perfect balance of ingredients in an energy booster, not only does it boost ATP/Energy within the body, the ingredients are a perfect mixture, plus no crash which is what we all need

DO NOT RECOMMEND for anyone who struggles with acne

DO NOT recommend for anyone who struggles with acne! I have always had mild acne off and on but after taking this for a week I had the worst acne I have ever had before. After doing some research I learned that Sucralose - an ingredient in this product and a lot of other pre workouts is thought to cause acne. I’m currently waiting on the C4 Extreme Zero to arrive and hopefully it won’t have this effect since it is all naturally flavored and doesn’t have Sucralose. I’m not putting down this pre workout because the energy boost from this is great and allows for a great workout. I’m just giving anyone who deals with acne a heads up. Game Changer! No Crash

This is a game changer and no crash! I took this yesterday before my 7am spinning class.... When I tell you, I did not fatigued and literally performed like never before.... wow! I drank this at 6:40am, when I tell you I still had energy till 10pm, amazing ! I felt like doing a 2nd workout. Deff buying again and the flavor is really good, not so sugary and artifically flavor taste; and you only need 1 scoop.

Gave me power for more than 3 hrs after worked out

WOW!!! Is this a magic portion??? lol I was feeling super tired for couple of years. I am 56. I since I had it today and did treadmill for 25, then some good stretching. A lot of sweating, went to shopping, did cooking, cleaned house and stills going! I am positive I won't have heart palpitation during my sleep as I took it easy. However, the boost this gave was like back ten years ago when I used to do Capoeira lol I had Fruit punch which was super delicious and a little after the taste, but it is nothing. It goes away after you drink a little water. I am used to caffeine and this one got my going pretty and NO JITTERS. I had a nice steak and rice after workout to make sure I filled up. Have good time ya'll! ; )

Makes your arms legs and face itchy

Bought this yesterday only because it’s Vegan, tasty and uplifting at first BUT within 10-15 mins , i could tell it didn’t agree with me at all, arms, legs and face began itching badly, and I felt foggy headed. For about 2-3hours, and then it all came back up. However, a family member had it at the exact same time, and loved it, had no problems with digesting it. Hence why I’ve give it 3 stars. If you’ve a sensitive body or your diet high alkaline / vegan whole food plant based: I’d give it a miss.

Pretty tasty, kicks in rather quickly, effective

This is my first time trying this brand, and I absolutely love it. The quality is great - I'm used to my pre-workouts balling up after a while, but it doesn't clot. It tastes great - the fruit punch tastes like cherry kool-aid (iykyk). The size is perfect for travelling to and from the gym. Packaging was secure and air-tight. As for how long it takes to kick in - I take it about 3-5 minutes before my workout and I'm still feeling it for about an hour. Disclaimer: I do not take it every day, and I only use 1 full scoop. I got the tingling sensation the first few times I took it, but now my body is getting used to it. I recommend for beginners or persons who do not require a crazy amount of caffeine

You should buy this if its your first pre workout

This is my first pre workout I’ve ever tried, before this I was using pure caffeine pills & let me tell you the pre workout is way better, definitely felt hella itchy but that itching goes away once you start to move and workout. Not even after 20 mins of taking it I started to feel the effects & got straight to working out. I feel like the effects of it didn’t last long tho but that may be because I’ve been taking caffeine for awhile now. Ngl i expected the flavor to be bad because everyone and they momma says it is but it’s not bad tbh just a lil sour but i don’t mind, I would still recommend this product 10/10
