I bought this 3 months ago, used them on my ankles almost every day for dance games and contortion training. They worked really well until the stitching broke. Iron sand went everywhere and ruined my $700 dance game controller. It took hours trying to get the sand out. They are adjustable only up to a certain point so if you have ankles that are too skinny then they will fall off. Kmart has better ones for cheaper.

Pretty alright, gets little lose after skipping or sparing. It’s a bit bulky and uncomfortable to start off with but after awhile it’s not a problem. The upside you feel like Bruce lee when you take em off and jump around. it’s like you weigh nothing.
Very comfortable adjustable weights for doing daily floor based exercises. Easy to adjust weights and appear well made. I have slim ankles/lower legs and whilst the velcro does meet, an improvement would be to have a spot of velcro on the outside of the weight pocket for the overlap to adhere to for extra closure.
Very happy with my Celsius 5kg Adjustable Ankle Wrist weights. I use them on my ankles. I am a female (70+yo), undertaking a strengthening program, with a physiotherapist, to improve my knee osteoarthritis. I find these weights are comfortable and easy to use. I would highly recommend them for this type of use.
Love these! I have them on for my pre game basketball warmup and they’re fantastic. Velcro holds well. Although I did nearly kick myself in the face when I first bent down to take them off after having them on for an hour! 😄
I use these as wrist weights for boxing and they are better than I had hoped for. You used to be able to get weights that fit more like a glove so they don't slip but I am no longer able to find them. I was worried about using these for wrist weights as I've previously found ankle weights to slip and move a lot, regardless of how tight you strap them on. So I was well pleased when I strapped these to my very thin wrists as there's very little movement while throwing punches :)
Adjustable? No. Fits unisex? See in the ratings it doesnt even fit men! Wrists? No! Comfortable? Not at all. Is it worth your bucks? No. Please find a different brand that has better adjustment, ability to remove certain weight and secure when worn. This does not fit women that are small.
These are probably great for a different person. But for me, I found them very uncomfortable to wear around my ankles as I wasn’t able to fasten them tight enough to stay up off my shoes/feet. I also found that I couldn’t fasten them tight enough to west them comfortably on my wrists. I have to push them up into my forearms and they just fall down. I recommend people try them before purchasing. They are well made otherwise. I just wish they would fasten tighter
